The heart of the home: a spectacular kitchen-diner with vaulted ceilings, huge windows and views stretching across the meadow. Ideal for long breakfasts, big family meals and evenings gathered by the wood-burning stove while children drift between the house and garden.
Living Spaces
Open-plan, spacious and beautifully designed. Sink into sofas by the dual-sided log burner, read in a quiet corner, or open the full-height bi-fold doors on sunny days. Light, warmth and comfort flow through every part of the space.
Bedrooms
Five comfortable bedrooms, including a ground-floor accessible suite with doors onto the sundeck and a luxurious en-suite featuring a Hammam steam room. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms offer serene views, super-king beds, twin options and peaceful places to unwind.

The Chatterbox runs on a ground-source heat pump, solar energy and fresh-air filtration. Guests often comment on how calm, warm and clean the house feels â sustainable design simply makes it more comfortable.
