Beware, photos can be deceiving - this apt is very worn out and a bit rustic throughout. And that’s not the worst part, though the apt is swept cleaned, the furnishings are dirty with a lot of food stains in the sofa and rugs. We had to wear socks to avoid getting black feet. Our stay was for two days - when we checked in, the apt was very warm, the patio door was left wide opened without any screen door to cool the place down but then a lot of flies and mosquitoes came in and we spent the first hour swatting the flies and got some mosquitoes bites. The unit has no AC, they provided fans for each room but they are dirty fans and one of them is broken. The communication with management is good, usually reply within 24 hours except when I have issues, then it can take days, such as the parking spot issues - the listing and their emails said included but then the check-in instructions said there is a fee. Toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies were very scarce which was very annoying, we had to be careful, lucky we just used the kitchen to boil water for hot drinks. This apartment building is located near college dorms and campus, so it was noisy in the building and in the streets. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and was spacious enough for myself and my two adult children. The location worked very well for us, and was easily within walking distance of local coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would happily return should we find ourselves in Halifax again.

Great place
The apartment was dirty upon check in and we had to contact the manager and request cleaning. Essential supplies were also missing. The house was great otherwise with a few inconveniences due to work going on in the lobby outside the apartment. Excellent view from the balcony as well. Plenty of bedding provided and the bed was very soft.
