Woodbine Homestead a Bush and Beach Retreat with a comfortable cosy feel
The property is on 17 acres of native bushland conveniently located just a 2 min drive to beaches and shops, tavern, rock pools, rainforest walks, tennis courts, golf course, post office & pharmacy.
The property is a 3.5 hr drive north of Sydney, 10 min off the Pacific Highway (A1) and a 15 min drive to Forster Tuncurry.
The space
The main house features include a large open plan living area, dining room and kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances and espresso machine. A fireplace is in the centre of the living area making it perfect for warming up the home on cold winter nights. Firewood is supplied for guests.
There are large front and rear verandas with outdoor furniture neatly flowing onto lawns. An outdoor hot shower is in the backyard for guest convenience. The laundry is located outside off the rear veranda & a washing machine is provided.
Main bedroom features a queen bed & ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a king bed & the 3rd bedroom has a king & a single bed. The Main house sleeps 7 guests. Linen is provided for guest convenience.
This unique property also features a self-contained flat with a lounge area, bathroom, Queen bed, kitchenette, dining area, carport & separate access. Photos of the flat are included in the listing & have been water marked with the word “Flat” so it’s easy to recognise.
As well as the flat there is also a cabin with a queen bed, kitchenette, ensuite, tv & lounge that can sleep two people.
Both the cabin & Flat can be booked in addition to the main property for an additional fee.
The three areas combined can sleep a total of 11 People making it perfect for extended family to get together. Please call us to enquire about adding on the flat or cabin to your booking.
The homestead is set-back from the road on an elevated bushland property with native trees and wildlife
There is a dam on the property (500m from the homestead) that is usually full of water. The dam is accessible via a bush track so please be aware should you have young children staying with you on the property.
Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed.*
A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.
