The 52sqm newly renovated 1.5 room apartment with Mid Century furniture is located in the popular district of Eppendorf.
5 minutes on foot to Eppendorf University Hospital, 10 minutes to Eppendorfer Baum or Eppendorfer Weg with great shopping.
Great balcony for breakfast. TV with DVD and a turntable for playing the small collection of vinyl LP's. Connection from your own phone to the music system
1 bed is in the bedroom with 1.60 X 2m.
The second bed is folded out of the sofa bed and is 1.60 x 2m in size. The two rooms are not separated, but are provided with a privacy screen.

The kitchen has a large fridge and an induction cooker.

The bathroom has a shower tray and a sink.
Cupboards in the storage room and in the bedroom let your things be stowed away well.

The Scholl Strasse siblings are very quiet.
There are parking spaces in front of the house or in the neighboring streets, depending on the time.

Opposite is Elena's Back Bistro with great cakes and fresh bread for breakfast.
There is also a very good lunch table there.

Ideal for UKE day clinic guests and their partners, seminar participants or vacationers, as it has a very good connection to the public bus and train network of the HVV.

Absolutely recommended
This beautifully curated apartment was indeed an excellent home away from home and a splendid base for explorations as it is situated in a charming neighbourhood, which is well connected to public transport. Plus the balcony deserves a special mention, a great place for breakfast or dinner.

Perfect lodge for a Hamburg visit
The owner gave us a great welcome to Hamburg: It was pouring rain when we arrived, so he picked us up at the subway station to grant us a dry arrival. Plus he helped us with the luggage up to the third floor. The appartment suited us perfectly: spacious for the two of us, bath and kitchen equipped with everything. We felt very comfortable, as well in the quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. We recommend to use the bus stop "Julius-Reincke-Stieg", 7 minutes walk. The busses take you to the subway in two stops, and immediately you are in the center of town. We had a perfect stay and fully recommend the place.

Country Living in the City
Wonderful property in a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is clean and spacious and decorated with great photos. Wake up in the morning to the wonderful sounds of the chirpping birds and enjoy the convenience of walking across the street to the best bakery and coffee served by a welcoming and sweet cafe owner. In either direction, public transportation is convenient both when we came in by train and headed into downtown, and when we were leaving for the airport. Only challenge we had was travering the three flights of stairs with our luggage. There is no elevator.

Quiet and comfortable
We spent almost three months in the apartment and were pleased with how quiet and comfortable it was. Additionally, the wi-if speed was much faster than we usuallly experience in Europe. Bernie, the landlord is helpful and a wealth of knowledge about the Hamburg area. Public transportation is about a 10-minute walk, either to the bus or the U-3 train.

Little Gem in Hamburg
We had a great stay at Bernd's apartment. While he was not there, he immediately responded to any questions we had. It is a beautiful and thoughtfully decorated unit with lots of light. The sleeping area is separated from the living area only through a sliding screen which was a little less separation than we were hoping for, but overall the apartment exceeded our expectations. Very walkable and beautiful neighbourhood. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend to others who are thinking about it.
