Welcome to our beautiful, freshly renovated 100 sqm apartment in the heart of Hamburg. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and is centrally located at Hamburg Central Station. The apartment is of high quality and comfortably furnished so that you can feel completely at home during a vacation or a business trip.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen. Both bedrooms and the kitchen-cum-living room with balcony are quietly located to the rear. Living and dining room face the street (Hansaplatz). The apartment is well insulated and therefore, despite the central and bustling area, a small quiet oasis of calm after a hard day of sightseeing or work.

The apartment is in colorful St. Georg - in the heart of Hamburg on Hansaplatz. There is hardly any other district in Hamburg that is so interesting and centrally located for visitors to Hamburg: shopping, a wide range of cultural and sightseeing attractions and a wide range of restaurants are practically at your feet. As is so often the case in large cities, the neighborhood to the main train station attracts a typical milieu. You should be aware of this before booking.

The old building is located in a cul-de-sac in front of Hansaplatz. The public parking spaces directly in front of the entrance are often taken and due to the inner city location there are many no parking zones in the neighborhood. However, there are private parking spaces directly in the street.

The apartment was very well located for all the transport links throughout the City. It was quiet and well maintained for all our needs. We stayed for 3 nights in a very cold January and found the accommodation warm and would highly recommmend.

Great apartment in a great location, only 5ins walk to the central train station. The kitchen is very well fitted out with everything you need if you want to cook, it also has a coffee machine. There is a good size supermarket at the train station. Washing machine is great, no dryer but there is a big clothes horse to hang washing on. The host is veery helpful and leaves a package of useful info. Be aware that it is on the 2nd floor with no lift, and the bathroom and toilet are tiny. Other than that it’s a fantastic apartment and I would recommend it.

Beautiful apartment -conveniently to all!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment while we were in Hamburg. It’s located on a quiet, residential street which is currently undergoing some construction. That was no bother except for finding parking but eventually we did get a space at the other end of the street. We walked to the train which brought us to all the sights! Overall great experience!

Spacious apartment close to city centre

The apartment is in an old building and up 3 flights of stairs but it has been renovated recently and is a very comfortable place to stay. All modern equipment and fittings and plenty of light. Everything worked and the apartment was as advertised in the website. Nina was not on hand but stayed in touch to answer any questions. The area is the old red light district only 2 mins walk to the main train station however whilst there were some shady characters around, we felt quite safe and were not troubled by this at all. Great location. We would stay there again.

Nina place is beautiful and very roomy. Location was little stretchy but close to central station. We was walking at dust and was approached by different guys asking us in Germany( which we don’t understand) wouldn’t want to walk alone around at night

Terrific spacious apartment in a really sketchy area

I really wish that I knew about the area before I booked this trip. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and convenient. However, the immediate area is simply unacceptable. I’m pretty sure this is the “red light” district, or something similar. Of course, there are normal people everywhere as well, however, it is very unpleasant to approach the apartment at any time of day. I feel safe inside the building, but I would not recommend this part of town to anyone visiting Hamburg

Großartige Unterkunft mitten in Hamburg

Perfekte Location für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, stilsicher und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche hat – anders als viele andere Ferienwohnungen – ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. S-/U-Bahn und Busse sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Superzentral sauber und komfortabel

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Unsere Raucherin hat der Balkon zum Innenhof sehr gefreut! Unten im Gebäude ist eine Bar. Dort und auch in der Strasse war Abends einiges los mit gemischtem Publikum. Uns hat das nicht gestört und wir wurden auch nicht angesprochen. Wir würden wieder buchen! Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

sehr zentrale Lage - toller Altbau

Ganz wunderbare Lage in HH, unmittelbar zum Hbf u. Lange Reihe, es gibt aber auch Leute, die empfindlich reagieren (ist eben Bahnhofsviertel/Hansa Platz), ich fand es toll. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 4 - 6 Leute. Einziges Manko: Es sollte mehr bessere/hellere Beleuchtung an den Betten geben (beide Seiten in Doppelbetten mögen gerne lesen). Das kann man ja sicher schnell verbessern. Ansonsten wie gesagt, alles wunderbar.

Zentraler geht’s nicht
