Be cautious when crossing the street in front of the hotel where is no signal for pedestrian. Bed was not so comfortable. Transportation is very comfortable.

Great hotel in a good location

Excellent hotel near central station. Room was large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Hotel is on a busy road but there is no traffic noise. It is very central and we walked to most of the sites we wanted to visit. U Bahn station is directly outside hotel entrance. Liked everything about this hotel.

This is a great hotel near the main shopping area and a short walk from Central Station. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and breakfast was amazing. I can't wait to come back

What a wonderful hotel! The rooms were delightful, the staff were excellent, and the location was convenient. Although I’m not sure how long the hotel has been around, it felt quite new due to its cleanliness and upkeep. However, the evening restaurant experience was disappointing; we spent a significant amount on a nice meal, but it didn’t meet our expectations against the cost.

New hotel. Friendly staff. Room is spacious with a wonderful bed. Nespresso machine in room was nice. Breakfast is way over priced & not worth it, other options in walking distance.

Double charged for stay

I stayed 10 days. Booked hotel and payed online at hotels.com about six week before stay. Giving low rating because hotel kept charging stay on my credit card during my stay. I talked at three occasions to receptionist (5 of them overal present) and they ensured me that is how their computer system work, and there will be no charges at end of stay. However, I am still being charged and now upon return to USA disputing charges through my credit card. If you stay in this hotel make sure not to pay anything in advance. Otherwise, hotel is brand new, clean, and at convenient location, just few minutes by foot from shops and restaurants. Our room was small for USA standards, but bathroom and shower are really nice except for the hooks provided for towels or clothes; they slide down, I would bring one that hours over door with me. All personnel is in training and learning on the go and you will need to tolarate some inefficiencies if you book hotel soon.
