Sehr sauber, neu gebaut. Hatten Late Checkout bis 12 Uhr vereinbart, Reinigung kam leider um 11 Uhr einfach ins Zimmer rein. Es scheint auch ein Wespennest an der Fassade zu sein, sie schwirrten am Fenster rum.

Moderne neue Unterkunft mit Kinderkrankheiten Tolles Konzept, Service unkompliziert. Großzügiges Studio mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Leider ging in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht, es herrscht eine unangenehme Wärme im Gebäude. Zum Glück könnten wir kühl durchlüften. Auch der Fön hat nicht funktioniert. Für eine Neueröffnung gibt es daher noch etwas Luft nach oben.

L’établissement est tout neuf, j’étais le premier dans ma chambre. Par conséquent, tout est en excellent état. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. Il y a même une réception, ce qui est plutôt rare dans ce type d’hébergement et la dame y était très sympathique. Une bonne smart TV et une connexion Internet très rapide. Le seul plainte est pour la climatisation, qui est extrêmement bruyante et complètement inefficace.

Leider waren da keine Snack- und Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby, so wie es beschrieben wurde. Den Postkasten für die Rückgabe der Zimmerkarten haben wir auch vergeblich gesucht.

Wir sind entsetzt über die Lage dieses Zimmers!! Wir haben heute den 08.08.2025 eingecheckt und waren in dem Zimmer 214. Das Zimmer war benutzt, und nicht gesäubert, gebrauchte Handtücher lagen am Boden, kein Klohpapier, das Bett war benutzt und dreckig, die Küche und gebrauchtes Geschirr lagen noch in der Wanne, und eine Kiste voller Pfandflaschen. Wir hatten über den WhatsApp beschwert, und am gleichen Abend unter Nummer: 040229253000 einer Dame angerufen, leider konnte Sie und an dem Abend nicht weiterhelfen, da in der Zeit die Rezeption schon geschlossen war. Wir waren gezwungen dieses dreckige Zimmer zu übernachten! Diese Lage ist erschreckend, und dafür haben wir nicht gebucht ! Bilder sind im Anhang.

Neues Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage,sehr gute Ausstattung, zur U-Bahn ca 6 Minuten zu Fuß, Rewe um die Ecke, unproblematisch in 10 Minuten per U-Bahn zum Rathaus, Check-in elektronisch per Internet....
