2x the hotel had no access due to events. The hotel never advised or notified that all street would be shut down surrounding the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, coffee want complimentary. And when asked for a nice room, we were given a pleasant view of the roof AC units. Next time I’ll search for another hotel.

Staff was lovely but my room wasn’t great however it was clean. My toilet broke and I had reserved 2 queen beds but got a queen with a pullout. The girl that checked us in wasn’t very apologetic , just this is what we have so what’s the point of having a reservation. They gave no discount for not having correct room or broken toilet. My son fixed the toilet thank god cause it was early morning and they had no one to fix it.

Unsafe, Dirty, Limited dining, Noisy, no hot water for an entire day… hotel should have been shut down during reconstruction. This rebuilding should have been explained prior to booking. I’m sure I will never see compensation for my stay either!

Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. Booked a couple rooms for the Family and We are Regulars in the Summer at this Hotel. The Remodel is ongoing but we had the pleasure to stay in the new rooms and they are so much nicer and great! They were sold out the night before and we had to stay across the river and had an awful stay so arriving to the Courtyard it was an instant sigh of relief to deal with their professionalism, concerns and solutions in anything that is needed. Truly appreciate the Great Staff there! You guys do a Great job! And always look forward to staying and the Great Brewery and spots across the Street :)
