Designed for family getaways, game weekends, and trips with friends, the property is packed with entertainment. Play under the lights on your own Wiffle ball field, challenge the group to pickleball or basketball, or enjoy ping-pong and cornhole without ever leaving the property.

Inside the barn, you’ll find a spacious living area perfect for gathering together, complete with a large projector screen for football Saturdays, big games, or family movie nights.

Step outside to the large covered entertaining area, where you can relax, enjoy a meal together, or fire up the Blackstone griddle for an easy outdoor dinner. With plenty of room to spread out, it’s just as enjoyable for laid-back mornings as it is for evenings spent hanging out with family and friends.

The barn comfortably sleeps 10 guests and features two full bathrooms with showers, heating and air conditioning, and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Best of all, you’ll be conveniently located near Callaway Gardens and Hunter’s Pub & Steakhouse, while still enjoying the privacy and space of your own retreat.
