I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western but there are a couple of things that they need to improve on. There are too many bright lights in the room. The continental breakfast needs some changes. Fresh meat and eggs would be better. The room was mostly clean but the night stand was dustly. The side door lock needs to be fixed.

Slightly disappointed about not being able to check in until 4:00 p.m. Had a wedding in Chicago, but staff was very accommodating, and allowed us to change clothes in the public restroom.

Great stay

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, cleanliness of the room, quality and comfort of the linens, towels
Cons: Would be nice to have a booklet or something with a map of the immediate area and recommendations of restaurants, location of gas stations
Location: I have no idea, would be nice to have a booklet with that info. I used google "near me"
Checked in a little wary, hotel is right off the highway in an industrial area reachable by a poorly paved access road, BUT the lobby was clean and updated, the front desk staff very friendly and helpful, allowed early check-in, offered us a choice of rooms, pointed out the 24 hour coffee bar, and were just great. The hotel is older but that proved to be a good thing all around- the rooms are far away from the elevator, the walls are thick (we heard nothing and slept well). Our room was very clean, the linens and towels were very good quality, the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast is available as a grab and go bag or there is a restaurant, but at the end of the access road is a CrackerBarrel so that's where we went! Also we didn't see any sketchy or improperly dressed people. I asked- there is 24 hour security and desk coverage. We are from a rural area in PA and felt very safe.

Quiet hotel right off the highway.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and smiled.
Cons: Continental breakfast would have made the experience so much better. Having coffee out and available around 8:00 or 9:00 am consistently each morning.
Location: The location was fine and area was quiet. It was close to gas station and convenient shops. It was right off the highway.
We had a nice quiet stay. What every we requested was meet. Renovation and construction was being done on the hotel but it didn't interfere with the stay.
