Washer/Dryer. Master bedroom with ensuite bath and additional full and half bath. Large deck with large table and seating area and (BBQ). Enclosed front porch, perfect for storing clubs. Walk to the bay and marina and wonderful restaurants within a mile, Cowfish, Rumba, Canal Cafe, etc 3 miles to the ocean. 5 miles to South Hampton proper and a straight road to Shinnecock Hills just 3.5 miles and 12 minutes away.
