Oceanfront Penthouse Condo with Beautiful Beach View

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Enjoy unobstructed ocean view from the living room. Relax with the whole family on the large deck with beautiful views of ocean, beach and boardwalks. Experience spectacular fireworks from the balcony, right in front of the building.This penthouse unit is on the top floor in the 4 floor newly constructed SeaSpray Condominiums.

Please note association policy no pets. So, no exceptions.

The space
Enjoy unobstructed ocean view from the living room. Relax with the whole family on the large deck with beautiful views of ocean, beach and boardwalks. Experience spectacular fireworks from the balcony, right in front of the building.This penthouse unit is on the top floor in the 4 floor newly constructed SeaSpray Condominiums. Very close to the the Hampton State Park where concerts take place. Unit can sleep 4 people includes luxurious bedroom set and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Other things to note
During our off-peak monthly rental between October and May, unit is only rented monthly and the rent is deeply discounted which is less than one forth of our peak rates. We usually like to rent the place for the whole season with a minimum of one month. With monthly rentals, utilities are tenants responsibility.

Une journĂ©e avant l’arrivĂ©, le prop nous informe que l’on doit lavez les draps et serviettes avant de quitter pour 11 hrs. Aucune indication sur cette consigne lors de la rĂ©servation! En plus des frais de NETTOYAGE INCLUS!!!! Oreillers inacceptable et cernĂ©, taies oreiller inappropriĂ© , couvre matelas et matelas tache multiples places! Heureusement nous avions apportĂ© draps et serviettes. Le four du poĂȘle Ă©tait vraiment sale et lĂ  fan pleine de graisse. DĂ©solĂ© le propriĂ©taire as un condo intĂ©ressant.

Personal Getaway

The property was nice with a very good view of the ocean. it was short on a couple of standard items such as toilet paper and paper towels, but that was easily overcome. There were no was cloths, which was a bit more challenging. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. The manager was accessible, and responsive almost every time I messaged.

The shower pan was dirty, there was no vacuum cleaner (despite us being asked to vacuum while we were there). The handle to the shower did not work, the handle just spun around. The outer lock batteries died and he asked us to replace them, said he would reimburse us with venmo, but I don't have that. The condo was nice, and other than the bathroom, it was clean and looked taken care of

Wedding Trip

Stayed here after wedding in Massachusetts. Have stayed in building before but first time in this unit love the location. This unit was clean and neat. Comfortable bed, of course that's a personal preference, but I liked it. Initmhad wverything you needed to start vacation. We didn't cook but plenty of pots and pans silverware and dishes.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in Hampton Beach

The property was exactly as described. I loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking at the beach. It was my favorite spot. My husband and I walked either the boardwalk or the beach every day. We both loved the stay. We plan to go back!

Beach Condo with a View

Totally enjoyed our stay in this 4th floor condo. Everything was as described. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment within a short walk. Had fun sitting on the balcony overlooking the busy street and the beach. Owner was very responsive when I had questions.

Wonderful Family Get A Way

Spent 3 nights with our 3 kids here and had an amazing time. Check in process was quick and simple, had a great parking space to keep all the beach stuff close to the beach access and the view was everything! The condo has everything you need and was clean and updated. We loved sitting outside and watching the crowds, Ocean Blvd, and of course the beach. Very easy to go back and forth with our kids and we could walk to everything. Great stay and we will be back!

Simply wonderful.

Daily walks on the beach and boardwalk. The perfect location for the best seat in the house for sunrises from the deck. Great location for day trips to Newburyport, Portsmouth and Kittery, Maine. Very comfortable couch and oversized chair. Would highly recommend. Rajesh was easy to rent from and answered any questions I had.

Great condo right on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would 100% rent here again. Pros: LOCATION. Literally steps away from the beach. The porch was quiet and had amazing views. The condo did not feel tight and had ample space. The kitchen had brand new appliances that worked perfectly including a fridge with the ability to crush ice. Nice flat screen TVs and a very comfy couch. The air conditioners (2!) worked wonderfully and kept the whole place very cool and comfortable. The only improvements I think that could be made would be a better quality mattress (the one there is so firm and not very comfortable) and better quality sheets, pillows and towels. We ended up using our own because the ones there had bleach stains, were faded and rough looking. It is nice they are offered though! And in the grand scheme that didn’t effect our stay! We would highly recommend this condo!
