*This is a studio. Not a 1 bedroom.*

Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

This studio is about 400 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 as it comes with a Queen Blow-up mattress. Please indicate how many guests will be staying.

This is a Pet-Friendly building & there is a pet fee.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

The apartment comes with a Toaster Oven Broiler with Convection and an Electric Double Cast-Iron Burner. As there is not a full kitchen in this apartment, this will take care of your cooking needs when you need to bake, broil, or heat anything on the stove-top.

The apartment comes with all of your toiletry needs except for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We are no longer providing these items due to the high volume of theft of these 3 items.


***Disclaimer: This is not a Sheraton Hotel. You will not be getting fresh clean towels every day. We can only provide a certain amount of towels for your stay based on how long you are staying. You will have to hang your towels up to dry and reuse them for a couple of nights for showering. We don’t have the water capacity or the washing machine capacity to provide new towels every single day. We do not provide beach towels.

There is only room for parking for 1 car per unit. This is a building with 6 studios in it. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.

This is a low price, great place to stay that is right across the street from the beach at an affordable price. The reason that it is affordable is because there are no amenities that a high-end hotel has. If you are expecting room service and a maid to clean the rooms every day I suggest staying at the Ashworth Hotel down the street for $300/night.****

Quiet Fall Long Weekend with the dogs
Quaint yet eclectic accommodations. Enough room for two adults and two 12lb pups. Pet fee was more than reasonable. Entrance to the beach was right across the street. Easy drive to almost anywhere on the Seacoast or the North Shore. We’d stay again!

A great place to stay for a night or two! Absolutely loved being right across the street from the ocean, and the red fridge was my favorite. Room stays wicked nice and cool as well. Minor things that were ehh- The bed wasn’t the best but was not horrible and no complementaries in the bathroom. (Shampoo, conditioner, etc) usually you’ll find a small container of each. Other than that my stay was great.
