Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou.

Very nice hotel. Huge huge huge room. Very good buffet dinner and breakfast with nice view on the 22nd floor. Recommend for business trips or just a family weekend getaway. Would stay here again if come back to Hangzhou.

Nice hotel for sight seeing stay at HangZhou

Really concerned about smoking at the hotel. It turned out to be no issue. Deluxe room with two queen beds are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helped to get taxi for us. Overall very positive experience.

Fantastic stay at Azzure hotel

We stayed for 4 days and the stay was fantastic. The room was very spacious. In fact the vacant space in the room was the size of the room at the hotel we stayed at Shanghai. Value for money. My Son started getting fever in the night and the hotel organised to send a staff to procure some medicines from outside at around 1am. The hotel is at a very convenient location not very far from various place of interest. I would give the hotel 5 on 5 rating and would definitely stay in this group hotel where ever I travel. Keep up the hospitality always. :)

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in

The hotel itself is extremely modern and the interior design is on point. Our room was spacious and had everything you could possibly want. Its not in the centre of town but it is a nice location by the river. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the concierge even topped up the credit on my phone

Amazing Hotel and Hospitality

Aside from the free upgrade to the Pure Room, the staff were tremendously helpful. We thought we lost a pair of expensive sunglasses on a cab which the hotel staff had called for us. The hotel staff later went out of their way to track down the cab and find the sunglasses.
