I was blown away at how clean and gorgeous this apartment was. Perfect location, very central to everything. If i won the lotto i would buy it for my Hamner holiday home! I didnt want to leave. 11 out of 10 from me.

Handy location, thin walls right next to adjoining unit

Cosy and clean apartment unit. Our family stayed two nights here over Easter. Location was handy however can get noisy as it’s literally directly above restaurants. Manager’s response prior to the trip was always prompt and helpful. HOWEVER, when it came time to check in it was a total nightmare. Firstly there was zero instructions on finding this “unit 8” in a multi unit block that was incorrectly the numbered (on the confirmation email it was number 8, but in reality there was no 8 at all, with only an upstairs unit 4), and no one could be contacted at 6pm on a Saturday night for our check in confusion. There was no communication until the next morning, after we presumably checked ourselves into the wrong unit and fretting all night. 😳 In addition, there was zero sound insulation between the adjoining units. We could hear EVERYTHING going on next unit. â˜č I discovered afterwards that all our woes, including the poor check in process (wrong unit numbering, poor instructions on getting in) was already mentioned by other travelers since 2020. Ditto with their comments on the lack of wifi, and broken extractor fans. Come on managers and owners, please step up and sort this out, it’s been three years!!!

Great apartment

Very well appointed apartment in a perfect location. Had a little trouble checking in but the property manager was there in a blink of an eye to help. Great location, very close to shops and could walk to the pools. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed, spacious apartment close to all that Hanmer Springs has to offer. However needed to clean previous tenants dishes before use, needed to dispose of previous tenants rubbish. And address information (unit No#) not correct. Highly recommended once found and settled in.

We had the most amazing stay. Darren & his team were 100% consistent with their support service. Ensured that we were informed about costing, our stay, updated us on any additional information and much more. What a perfect stay while visiting Hanmer Springs! Communication was spot on and the apartment was fantastic. Spacious and had everything we needed (bare in mind we didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it had everything you’d need) Perfect location only a 3 minute walk, if that, to the hot springs and that’s the furthers you’d have to go to find a restaurant or cafe for food / coffee. Five minute walk up the hill and you are at the base of the conical hill walk, which is well worth the views at the top. Would definitely stay here again! Only down side was the bed creaked a lot. But that’s knitpicking, place was fantastic!

Hanmer stay

Great visit in a very centrally located apartment. We really enjoyed being walking distance for our day at the hot springs and not having to worry about parking. Well appointed rooms and kitchen, we really enjoyed our visit.

Well equipped nice unit, the photo's don't do it justice

Easy to book, the hole stay was fantastic, the unit has two king size beds and a pull out couch, a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It is much nicer and bigger than the photo's lead you to think. A great central location.

Location the best! However no mention of first floor position with external staircase. Instructions hard to follow to find apartment, no 4? No8? No electric blanket on one bed and only one side of the blanket on the other worked safely. However we would happily come back, little things can be sorted!

This is a gorgeous property to stay in.well prepared amenities wise.just a few tips. Need separate rubbish and recycling bins. Couple of hooks in bathroom would be good.need coasters on glass tables.light on range hood didn't go and dishwasher wasn't emptied.

Our Stay

This was a lovely clean, roomy apartment right in the centre of the village, everything you need so handy. Lovely comfortable furniture. Only downfall was getting the key at 3pm, which was no fault of the owners. The automated lockbox code never came through until 5.30pm. However, we did get this from managers who said this has happened a lot this particular day. Thanks, lovely stay
