酒店位于中央大街核心地段，但是闹中取静。服务在国内酒店中算是类常主动热情，不输五星级酒店，出入大厅的主动问安，主动帮提行李到房间或上车，保险箱打不开，以及需要矿泉水，电话打过去五分钟人就到达处理，非常积极，非常推荐

中央大街すぐ近く

中央大街すぐ近くにあります。食事、ショッピングとも大変便利な場所です。ホテルのロビー・客室とも大変綺麗で清潔です。利用した客室にはハルビンのホテルにはあまりないバスタブと冷蔵庫が有りました。

简直是噩梦，Hotels.com给出5星简直就是骗人的误导，太失望了

作为号称是5星级的酒店，花费近1千元每晚，看看以下的几点和168快捷酒店有什么区别： 1. 开到门口简直不敢相信到了酒店，在街沿街区的路边，根本没有车子可以开上去的环路 2. 是幢旧的居民楼改造的楼，只有4层，上面几层还是居民在居住的楼层 3. 没有泳池，没有健身房（5星级的最低标准） 4. Reception非常简陋，且自己承认说酒店没有星级 5. 最经典的是餐厅是外包的，所以没有room service，叫餐是餐厅的员工拿上来本大的菜单，点完之后，要支付100元的现金作为餐具的押金 （真的的闻所未闻！） 6. 早餐98元每位，是圆桌式的大食堂，拼桌自己找空位子做，台子上到处是没擦干净的残食，实在没法吃，走人了 7. 层高很矮，很压抑 8.第一个开的房间，在走廊尽头，黑暗，且偌大一部清洁车停在当中，根本走不过去 9.换了第二个房间，开窗后和对面的房子非常近 10. 洗浴产品，用的时候发现已经是被拧开的，而且里面不满，明显就是之前用过的没换。 11. 和酒店员工反映酒店的设施和价位及星级不匹配，服务员不削说一句“那你还住吗？” 现在我突然怀疑，床单换了吗。。。

Good hotel but beware.

First impression of the hotel was good and staff polite at check-in. Bags where taken to our room by friendly staff all was good but we were a little put off by him giving us his friends phone number for taxi services despite the hotel having their own travel centre. Never had a staff member try and sell us a service for personal benefit before in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Then we noticed the room had 2 single beds. Our booking clearly showed 1 double bed. We went back to reception, they insisted they were not at fault saying a double bed meant 2 single beds. I explained the web site listed 3 options of rooms as 2 singles, 1 Double or 1 King size bed. They still said they were not at fault and could not access the English version of hotels.com so they don't know what is on the site. After my wife ( who is a Chinese national ) continued to complain they eventually gave us a room with a double bed but now we still didn't Get the room we paid for as it had no bath and no remuneration was offered. We didn't complain further As it was Valentine's Day and I didn't want more trouble to make our day even more unhappy. No one wants to go on holiday and spend money to be unhappy, that's something the hotel needs to remember. Hotel overall was good but ring the hotel direct if can speak mandarin and clarify what room you are getting before you book.

千万不能住B栋435的高级房！简直是恶梦

第一天入住被惊呆了，1500的房间居然是没有窗的，而且房间热得要命，干得要命。我们到的时候已经凌晨了，被告知只能把空调关了，等房间自己降温，我们自己去外面铲了一桶雪进来，也没有什么作用。后来又借了风扇来吹。高级双床房房间非常小，（卫生间比较大）不能加床，我老公是睡在地上的。翻来覆去地好不容易熬到早晨，想退房又被告知订了3晚，不能提前退！火大极了，和前台理论，最后加400换了A栋的经典房，首先温度是人类是可以接受的了，有个沙发能睡人。总体设施和服务都是不错的。早餐种类也挺多的，不过1米2以上孩子要收费100。 总之，千万不能住B栋435的高级房！简直是恶梦。
