Ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short walk to the beach, this home offers incredible ocean, Marsh and sunset views from every room and a thoughtfully designed layout for effortless group living.
The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. On the first floor, a large family room with a big-screen TV provides a perfect gathering space, while the adjacent sunroom/dining area—also with a TV—offers a bright and flexible setting for meals, games, or relaxing together.
The first floor includes a king bedroom with a private bath, offering convenient main-level comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, the expansive primary suite serves as a private retreat with a spa-like bathroom and an adjacent sitting area complete with a coffee maker and mini fridge.
