Again, the BOAT LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. Guests who use the boat lift will incur a $1000 FEE and a lifetime ban from the property.
* The dock and driveway are shared with the kind couple next door—it’s a cozy coastal setup!
For security purposes, this property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell camera at the front and a second camera on the back balcony facing the sound. Both are video-only—no audio recording.
