Beautiful lakefront home on over an acre with lots of room, views, and amenities

Just 3 minutes from downtown Hartwell but situated on a client cove, this home offers the best of both worlds. A large private one acre lot with 5 bedrooms that sleep 10-12, a deep water dock with kayaks provided, and comfortable and spacious sitting areas. Master bedroom on the main floor. The screened in porch is the perfect place to sit and relax with a book and watch the fireflies outside at night. A gas grill and Blackstone grill are provided along with a modern and fully stocked kitchen.

Just a few minutes away, Hartwell GA offers numerous restaurants including a micro-brewery, great Italian and pizza, a local bakery and coffee shop, and other cuisine. Clemson, SC is only 40 minutes away by road or boat. You and your friends and family will have a relaxing lake vacation on Lakeshore Drive.

Family/Friend getaway

Great way to spend the 4th of July on Lake Hartwell Wonderful cove, just off deep water. Neighbors all friendly and easy to be around. Great house with lots of room and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and games. Love the Connect 4. Great dock with shade all day. Fun, and safe, to use the kayaks. We had a great time.

Interior of house very beautiful and stocked with everything you need but the walkway going to the dock is very dangerous deep slopey crooked my husband could not walk down to the dark because of this very dangerous no railings no handicap railings in the bathrooms. But our adult children and the grandkids did have a wonderful time
