Disliked: Cleanliness
This place is not well maintained or as described. We could not get the boiler running without letting water splurt everywhere in order to refill it. One of the mattresses has a massive rip in it and doesn't look clean. There were not enough plates for nine guests to eat off and only four or five forks. The door handle to the toilet was broken, we repaired it the best we could so it is in better shape than when we left. The top oven has the inner glass missing which is not safe and the bottom oven does not shut. Neither ovens work. One of the wardrobes was broken at the bottom and the bottom of the shower is not sealed and looks about to break. We asked for a refund but the owner said her apology was enough and refused.
