Fantastic stay

If I could give 6 stars I would. We were lucky that there was a cancellation so we managed to have a weekend in this beutiful holiday flat. Erick the owner was so accommodating and very helpful and left you alone to enjoy your stay, it's only £6 in a cab to hastings old town. There are beutiful walks to the beach and through the country park with or without a dog. If we can we will definitely be going back. Thanks again

Absolutely outstanding!

Chris our host was lovely showed us the pool and leisure facilities. The flat was compact but had EVERYTHING we needed for a short break. Absolutely spotless! very welcoming. Lots of information and nice extras like some complimentary cakes, crisps , fruit, beers and milk inthe fridge. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and warm. The gardens were inspirational! Absolutely outstanding. Top marks.

This is a fantastic flat! The pool and hot tub were lovely, and the room had every ammenity you could think of; kitchen, dressing gowns and slippers, milk cake and beer, and even fresh flowers! It was newly built and very clean. The flat and gardens were decorated for Christmas which was lovely. The owner was very flexible with check in and check out times which made the trip very relaxing and convenient. The location is lovely, being 10 minutes drive from Hastings and 20 minutes drive from Rye (Rye is beautiful) and walking distance to the nature reserve. We had a brilliant weekend, and would definitely visit again.

Modern, well equipped apartment with lovely hosts!

This apartment was modern, high tech, clean and the hosts were extremely accommodating. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The apartment had its own direct access and there were some lovely welcome extras such as a complimentary well stocked fruit bowl, milk, chocolate biscuits and some Chelsea buns. I loved it and I will definitely be back!
