With four generous bedrooms, Beach Break comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, making it ideal for large families or two groups traveling together. The home is equipped with an air-conditioned, open-plan kitchen and dining space, plus a separate lounge room for cozy movie nights or quiet reading. A second casual living area near the kitchen gives kids their own space to play, unwind, or watch a movie after a beach day.

Great Location

A neat house in a great location close to the beach and club with a handy 4 bedrooms. The house was clean although some of the furniture could use updating. Outside there is a nice outdoor area but some things are looking a little tired and in need of some basic maintenance, like the shrub at front trimmed, roof and gutters not good and a leaking back tap.

When we decided to honeymoon here too not only was Beach Break the obvious and best choice (where we usually stay with our kid and family) but it was in immaculate condition as always. We had everything we needed and more. and just accross the road from the beach ;) you dont get better than that! Thanks Beach Break! we will be back with the kiddies next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had very minimal furniture in the bedrooms. The kitchen utensils are very old and past their use by date. The BBQ was filthy and probably should be thrown away. The light in the BBQ area did not work. Cleanliness was OK apart from the bait prawns found in the freezer. The owner needs to go and check the property and think about updating a few things.

Awful

The location and the off street parking was great, but that is where it ended. The property needs a good clean aswell as a spring clean. There was black mould in the bedroom and mould inside and on top of the fridge. The property sleeps 8 and had 3 winglasses- which were dirty. The fry pans, kitchen utensils were so old and outdated I would not have used any of them. Cupboards jam packed with garbage bags filled with items, torn bed valances and very old, saggy bed mattresses. We had to change accommodation same day as check in as I felt so uncomfortable bringing my small children in to this house. With a little furniture update and a deep clean of this property, as well as a good property cleaner, this house could be great!

Location and size of property was perfect for five adults.

Cleanliness was an issue. The bbq was FILTHY, we attempted to clean it but the grease build up was so bad that the gas jets we clogged. The smell was horrendous. Great bbq area, with cover and seating but unfortunately we cooked our bbq in the kitchen and ate inside. Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen with excessive pots and pans but nowhere to store condiments etc. A pantry would be good. The loungeroom floor was dirty and dusty especially under seating. That aside, we enjoyed our stay in Hat Head, we always do. Would we go back to this property? Probably not.
