La Maison Hatley House, built in 1884, is unique in the region for its warm design and century-old cachet. Note that the Loft Hatley, located at the top of the garage space of the house, is rented separately for 2 people. The guests who will stay there have their own independent entrance and have no access to the main residence, nor access to the backyard or the swimming pool.

*ATTENTION* For reservations of 11 and 12 people, you must also book the Loft unit. The house accommodates 10 people and the Loft 2 people.

NEIGHBORHOOD
We are located in a peaceful residential area. We are not located in the middle of the forest. Our neighbours, including ourselves, all have approximately 1 acre of semi-wooded land. This gives us some privacy. Respect for our neighbourhood is our priority. Parties are prohibited and excessive noise after 9 p.m. as well.

Please contact us to validate the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these booking types. We do not accept weddings at this property.

COMPOSITION OF ROOMS/BEDS
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds
Bedroom 4: King bed + 1 single bed (which also converts to a King bed - on demand)

* The Smart TV will allow you to log in to your Netflix/Amazon/Crave account using your personal information.
* Only ecological logs are permitted in the interior wood fireplace.
* The BBQ is available all year round except for winter.
* The summer living room is only available during summer.
* The swimming pool is generally open from mid-May until the end of September, depending on the temperature of the nights. We do not guarantee that the pool will be open for all stays booked in May and September.
* For all reservations during the summer period (June to September), we ask for a minimum of 4 people. No stay for 2 or 3 people will be accepted.
* The second King size bed in Bedroom 2 is available on request only.
* Exterior security camera for your security.

OUR HOUSE POLICIES:
* Please enter the exact number of people who will join you during your stay. Our pricing is fixed on the number of guest. Even if they are not sleeping over. 50$/day/person, plus taxes.
* Children over 2 years old are counted in the same way as an adult.
* The property cannot accommodate more guests than your reservation confirms.
* We do not accept any alteration of the number of people within 7 days of your arrival. We can add guests, but not remove them. Same principle as at the hotel.
* Additional charge of $50 if the checkout time is not respected. Please respect your checkout time - 10am.
* NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES
* A fee of $500 for violation of animal, party and smoking policies will be charged to you and will end your stay immediately without any refund possibility.
* By making a reservation with us, the guest agrees to respect our policies, our checkout time & checkout instructions.
* The guest confirms that he is also responsible for paying for any breakage, stain or damage caused to the property and its contents.

- Filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother
- Dishwasher and washing capsules
- Kitchen essentials such as salt/pepper, olive oil, foil, fondue pan, slow cooker, popcorn maker
- 3 ecological logs, 1 firelighter and matches for interior wood fireplace (For insurance reasons, it is mandatory to use ecological logs)
- Wood for outdoor fire pit (kindling not included)

TO BRING:
- Shampoo/body soap
- Paper towels/tissues
- Your spices
- Ground coffee and/or your small Nespresso capsules
- Ecological logs for indoor wood-burning fireplace (ex: Duraflamme brand which are on sale in all hardware stores and some gas stations)
- Fire starter (ex: Duraflamme brand)
- Bag of kindling for your outdoor fires

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
At your checkout, we will please ask you to :
- Take your dirty towels and put them in the bath upstairs.
- Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to turn it on.
- Do not leave dirty dishes or kitchen items in the sink or on the countertops.
- Empty all the garbage in the house and take them out to the appropriate bins outside.
- Lock the 2 doors and put the key back in the lock box.
