The room was presented as expected. The staff was very kind and professional. The ‘Dining’ amenities were OK. Continental breakfast for a charge (not complementary) and a bit pricey. We paid $6 for 2 hard-boiled eggs. I would stay again and recommend it.

There was a horrible humming noise that woke me the first night. I shared that with the front desk the first morning and mentioned it might be the plumbing. The second night I barely got any sleep because it was worse. I called the front desk and no attempt was made to help. When I checked out, I let the front desk clerk hear multiple recordings. He said he couldn’t adjust the bill or anything because it was through a third party.

Their bistro wasn’t stocked to match the menu Bar staff had pants sagging below his rear end. Other than those two things our stay was wonderful. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was not even a free pastry offered for breakfast. Over all the stay was great.
