They make you write something here. It was fine, had trouble with key cards, had to get them replaced every time we left the room. Got officious lectures and dramatic security ID verification each time in case we don’t know how to use key cards. Prior to checking out the last replacement card don’t want to work at all ever, we very gingerly tried it maybe five times and it finally worked. Suppose the front desk would like to share the inconvenience with the next guest instead of acknowledging any issue.

Exceedingly well-maintained facility. All personnel were very helpful and made my stay relaxing. Bath linens were a bit worn and bath cloths were right out of Motel 6.

Commode was stopped up on arrival and the heat had not been turned on since last winter. When we did turn on the heat, the smoke and smell was awful and immediately set the smoke alarm off. Staff was helpful bringing a plunger for the commode and helped to clear the smoke out of our room. Good stay followed. Breakfast was great !

Laurel MS and Hampton Inn - AMAZING

We had an amazing trip which started with our arrival thru our checkout. The evening staff who we had the most interactions with was outstanding. Friendly, personable and helpful with suggestions on dining and attractions ... we could not have chosen better for our 10 year anniversary trip.
