Nice and clean

This hotel is well located with easy access to i59 and a lots of places to eat. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had a bad experience with WiFi - it was a bit slow. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options. I will definitely stay again.

Arrived at almost midnight from a long drive. Patrick greeted us with a smile. Check in was smooth, got in to our room, it was clean and modern. We showered and fell asleep almost instantly.

Check-in was lovely & the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had asked for a late check-out when checking in and was assured that was fine. The next day I was phoned shortly after check-out time and told I could NOT have a late check-out. I had to leave earlier than planned and was not happy about that. 🙁

When I called I was told that the check in time was 3:00 pm but we were to allowed check in at 1:00 pm I really did appreciate that because my husband wanted check-in because he was tired thank y’all and we already had extra towels in the room and we did not have even ask for them the only thing lol they didn’t have free drinks or free food at night most hotels have certain nights they would have different things that would be free for the costumes just something to think about to appreciate the costumes but overall we loved it
