We got to room. Carpet was dirty bathroom floor sticky. Third of a roll of toilet paper we ran out and had to use Kleenex and ran out of them. it was storming so we couldn’t go get any more. Had two towels for 5people asked for more only got 2 more. No coffee in room went to desk to get I. Then coffee maker would not work went to get another and it didn’t work coffee pot was dirty. Not just stained but dirty. Floor had not been vacuumed there were cigarette buttes on the floor. The comforter was stained and had no blankets. The clerk was nice and friendly but they can only do so much

The cleaning people do a great job on keeping rooms clean. I’ve stayed at more expensive places that wasn’t as clean. My only complaint was this day in time most places have USB Ports to charge phones and electronics. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The first room had splatter on the walls, hair in the bath tub and all over the bathroom floor & sink. When we approched the front desk her comment was "we have been very busy". Too busy to clean rooms? GROSS. The second room was better but still not clean- felt very unsafe and didnt even eat breakfast after seeing the condition of the room. Was not going to eat there and risk getting physically ill. Had it not been so late we would have found another hotel- instead we slept in full clothing and always wore shoes or socks

this place needs work, bath tub warped, knobs almost falling off, toilet had to hold handle to flush. cigarette butt behind end stand.
