Overall an excellent experience, a very welcoming place to stay !! So many good things to say about Lety Miramar . First, las personas que cuida la casa( Reynaldo y Julia) son extremadamente amables, they are the best staff ever, very friendly and ready to help anytime. The house is very clean,in a quiet area,the room is comfortable and the balcony is great. The house has everything that you need, unfortunately the breakfast isn't available but thats not a problem because there is a well equipped,nice and clean kitchen which can be used anytime. The neighbourhood is safe,many embassies around, restaurants , few stores and banks are near. I really felt like im in a family... Lety Miramar is,without a doubt, a recommended place, where I'll return with a great pleasure. Thank you very much for everything to the service staff, I am so grateful for the attention provided.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! Reynaldo at the beginning was nice since you moved in he started to telling you that you can’t use this that and other stuff. Later he was aggressive and kick out my room door and vent inside my room and tell me rude words. I reported this to expedia for future investigation becoming this place is very unsafe. I have many video evidence of this person. Do not visit this place.

Overall a nice experience. One can connect to the locals/neighbors. Quiet most of the day. A few restaurants, stores and banks are close. The owners are not on place, but always just a call away if needed for advice or help and they are very friendly. Unfortunately breakfast isn't available, but a well equipped, nice and clean kitchen can be used. The balcony is super, roomy and great to hang out with a Cuban coffee brewed in the kitchen. The ocean is close and in several places accessible, where Cubans enjoy the refreshing brise. The neighborhood is safe, mainly Cubans and few casas particulars for tourists. Many embassies (including the Canadian embassy) are close too.

All okay, apartment was clean and comfortable, I only saw Rolando once when he gave me the keys to enter to the property, but he was very kind and nice. At night there is no light so I was afraid to return late. There was a cafeteria close to the apartment which helps a lot because it is a residential area.
