Our nearly 5,000 sq ft lakeside 8 bedroom retreat is a rare beauty found on the shores of quiet McLeans Bay that can sleep up to 18 of your favorite friends & family or help you plan your perfect corporate getaway or even special event!
You can't get much closer to the lake than at this gorgeous North Idaho Retreat. With a perfect blend of contemporary & local art showcasing this beautiful comfortable wood cabin, our home is expansive enough with over two & a half acres to host your next vacation getaway or family reunion. It is the perfect location for multiple families to gather for a once in a lifetime experience including a retreat suite downstairs, huge detached game room, stocked kitchen, large family room with multiple fireplaces, outdoor spaces with a fire pit, hot tub, a private dock, and 180° panoramic lake views. This large retreat checks all the boxes and itâs less than 25 minutes to town and extremely close to the Sportsman Park boat launch.
Beautiful Hayden Lake provides our guests with many fun activities, including fishing, boating, water skiing, wake surfing, & much more! But letâs not forget we have plenty of hiking and ATV trails, horseback rentals, the infamous Hiawatha bike experience and the PNWâs largest theme and waterpark, Silverwood all nearby.

**BEDROOMS/BATHS**
Our lakeside retreat has eight bedrooms:
6 queen bedrooms - all with either beautiful lake or prairie views
1 queen retreat suite - complete w/sitting area, kitchenette with fridge/sink/microwave available, as well as a bathroom with shower
4 twin beds - the bunkroom located near the main living space
3 full bathrooms - two upstairs & one in the downstairs suite
**INDOOR LIVING SPACE**
Our home has a large rustic living room with high vaulted wood beam ceilings & cathedral windows that showcase the gorgeous lake views. In the living room you will find a gas fireplace, bar area, Smart TV, as well as a large wooden dining table that seats eight.
There is also an additional dining area off the kitchen with its own wood burning fireplace and a six seat table setting. The kitchen has a electric range, microwave, toaster oven, trash compactor, houses one of our three refrigerators, breakfast bar table, and a coffee bar with both an option to use either ground coffee or Keurig coffee pods.
Laundry room is also available for use on the main level of the home.
**OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE**
Outdoor space is abundant and all provide outstanding views of Hayden Lake. Main level deck from the living room with several Adirondack lounge chairs is a perfect location to watch the sunset.
Off the kitchen, is our outdoor eating area with a gas grill along with an outdoor griddle and plenty of seating. This is the perfect place to break bread with your guests while still enjoying views of the lake.
Another deck from one of our eight bedrooms also has some seating and an additional gas fire pit to enjoy nightly sâmores.
Downstairs is where the action takes place - we have a stoned patio area with a comfortable lounge area to enjoy some sun or you can choose to relax in the hot tub after a long day on the lake. With more seating around a wood fire pit⊠just imagine all the campfire stories to be shared. Simply follow the steps from the patio that cascade down the hillside to the water and a private sandy beach and boat dock, as well as two kayaks that are at your disposal. Our trex deck has a swim ladder and room on either side to tie up your boats, jet skis, etcâŠ
**AMENITIES/FEATURES**
Our detached GAMEROOM is the perfect destination for kids of all ages. Time to let the competitions begin: whether it be billiards, Ping-Pong, foosball, poker, etc⊠whatever you choose! We also have an additional fridge & couch area, with a tv console should you want to bring your favorite gaming station. Your guests are bound to spend some time here during your stay! *Please note this area is not centrally heated (it has two wall heaters) and may not be not optimal for some during colder month stays.
SPA: The property's hot tub is always maintained and cleaned between each guest stay.
INTERNET & CELL SERVICE: This home has Starlink for Internet service, but due to the remote area guest cell service may not always be dependable on all carriers.
TV: You will also have access to streaming and DishTv in the home.
A/C and HEATING: The home has A/C and baseboard heating.
LAUNDRY: Laundry room is also available on the main level.
PARKING: Our driveway has room to accommodate 5-6 vehicles easily.
**PETS**
This home is dog-friendly with an approved pet contract and additional pet fees.
