Terrific property and top notch staff. The rooms were super clean and quiet, but the maintenance of the property seems a little lax - the AC wouldn’t work right now matter what.

Awful Check-In Rude Staff

Horrible checkin. We’re on a hectic book tour and arrived at 11:30pm at night exhausted from a full day of driving. Not the first Best Western we’ve stayed at. The checkin clerk was very rude and said she was just about to cancel our reservation because we didn’t answer the phone “all day” and they couldn’t charge our card. 1) they called ONCE at 10:36pm and 2) the whole point of paying at the property is that we ensure our card is used properly (have had double charges from BW before!) After a long drive and just stopping for the night the lengthy argument at checkin was extremely aggravating- horrible breakfast & old rooms.
