We got stuck during a blizzard & the staff was nothing but friendly, even during a high-stress situation w/ a full hotel of anxious guests. Never once was any staff member short, or rude, not even when the line to the front desk was insanely long. There wasn’t much around there as far as food/entertainment goes, but if we’re ever in Kansas again, this will definitely be our sleep stop.

Overall very good. Only complaint is many hotels ask your name, check your reservation, and give you your key. At this one, we had to answer multiple questions and fill out a form with info they should have already had from my online reservation. (Took longer to check in than necessary)

Overall nice property. There was some staining on the office chair and the curtains. As well as the hot tub was closed for maintenance. Overall nice hotel with great breakfast. Will definitely stay again!!
