Escape to serenity at our newly remodeled cabin rental, nestled on a sprawling 5+ acre lot. Immerse yourself in nature as you unwind in the warm ambiance of your private retreat. Envision your toes in the sand or gently floating on the lake – a picturesque way to connect with the serenity of the great outdoors. Revel in 100 feet of lakeshore with crystal-clear water and a pristine sandy beach. If you're a boating enthusiast, you are welcome to bring your own boat and tie it up to our dock. There are several launching options (free and fee based). If you prefer a non-motorized experience, we've got you covered with a paddleboard, several kayaks, and a canoe.

World Class Pete Dye golf course, rated one of the top courses in Northern Wisconsin, is less than 10 mins away! There are some awesome off-roading trails nearby, perfect for those who love a little adventure on wheels. Get ready to kick up some dirt and have a blast exploring the rugged terrain! Get your fishing gear ready because the great fishing spots are just a cast away!

This cabin sits right on Little Round Lake, a cozy 179-acre spot perfect for all sorts of water fun. It's connected to Big Round Lake, a sprawling 3054-acre lake with plenty of hidden spots to explore. Big Round has a lot going on with a Marina and two dining options on the lake.

After spending the day on the water, it's your call whether you want to cook a home made meal or dine out at some local eateries. If staying in is your preference, fire up the gas grill for a delightful meal. If dining out is calling to you, there are numerous restaurants beckoning within walking distance and countless others a short drive away. From casual dining to gourmet experiences, the choices are endless!

End the evening next to the fire pit, savoring the simple joy of making s'mores and memories around the camp fire.

Our 2nd stay! Perfect cabin & property. Host goes over & above to secure the guests comfort, very gracious & accommodating. The property is beautiful, natural & maintained..the cabin is spacious, quiet & comfortable..the attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed..warm blankets in baskets, firewood by the pit, kitchen ready for culinary delights ..thoughtful, local snacks & potions..all the comforts in the middle of the woods.. if you fish, this lake is great..or grab a quiet morning paddle on the mirror lake..my coffee tastes better on the deck watching sunrise. Spring/ summer last year brought ducks., 4 types of squirrels, deer & fawns..& a yearling black bear!!! The fishing was amazing. .Fall this trip, perfect spot again ..fishing & falling leaves..fall festival and cooking at " home" ..a finely appointed & beautifully equipped " home away from home " Thank you Ali, for sharing it with us !!

Great time, plenty of things to do for all ages. We brought our pontoon and did plenty of fishing and tubing. Kids enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and lily pad. Kids also enjoyed fishing off the dock. Having the beach and the ease access to the lake was a big plus since there no steps like so many other properties in this area. Even if we didn’t have our pontoon with us there is enough stuff on the property to enjoy the lake for a week. Ali was a great host and very welcoming. Since cell service isn’t the greatest in this area the WiFi coverage outside was great. Had signal even when we were on the lake. All our boys had a great time and already mentioned about going back.

Very welcoming little cottage. We walked in to see a s'mores care package and local wine waiting for us. Wonderful pier to keep our boat docked. We ate most meals on the patio table overlooking the lake view. Amazingly quiet place considering how close we were to the main road.

We loved the clean and modern cabin. The host was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay and extremely responsive. It was a nice sandy beach for a young family to enjoy the water. We loved trying the paddle board, kayaks, etc. We have already booked a week for next summer!

Super clean and neat with everything you need. Upon arrival there was a six pack of local beer and everything to make smores on the campfire down by the lake. Ali very very responsive to any issues and always available. Thanks Ali!!

Simply one of the BEST !

Check in was super easy. Ali couldn’t be better at communication- quick and thoughtful too! We packed so much in to our week stay, and had the best time!! So manyMemories made. Favorites: the well stocked cabin, making it feel more ‘home’. The beach! The room for boats and side by sides. The extra mile Ali went in every capacity. She’s thought of everything! We’re already talking about coming back, and we just got home! Thanks Ali- although it’s called ‘Frank’s Place’ I think our 2 & 4 year old will always call it ‘Ali’s!’

Relaxation

Relaxing was the only thing you could do since the stresses of staying in a new place were gone at "Frank's Place." The cabin was very clean and decorated so nicely. Ali even welcomed us with S'more fixings and some bubbly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities for cooking meals and the bathroom was well stocked with supplies as well. There were even beach towels for us to use! The setting was so picturesque and having kayaks, a canoe and paddle board to use was a real treat on this quiet lake. The only thing that could have made our trip better was to stay longer!

Annual trip

The perfect stay! We as a family enjoyed how close it was to town and to our other family members renting on round lake. The gorgeous view from the house all the way down to how clean the place was. Anytime I had questions about the property or needed anything Ali was right there to answer. Very welcoming and definitely plan on renting again. Great place for a family!

We sincerely enjoyed our time at this property! The beach area was, by far, our FAVORITE part. It’s rare to find a property that has swimmable water right from the shore; this place has it! Our daughter fished for hours, every day, right from the dock, while the rest of us floated around in the water and/or played cribbage on the table down by the water. If it wasn’t raining we had a fire every night while enjoying the night sky and sounds of the wildlife nearby. The ATV trails are super close allowing us to put on 160 miles over our entire week there. I would recommend this property over and over again. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property.

Beautiful cabin and property. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals there if desired, the beds were comfortable, and the porch provides a wonderful view for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The beach was perfect for relaxing, and my family caught quite a few fish on the lake. The property owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun get away.

Ali’s rental was absolutely perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space and absolutely stunning cabin that made us feel at home! A beautiful beach space and a kayak for everyone in the family. Amazing restaurants and a winery just steps away from the property. You don’t want to miss out!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family was looking for a place that we could relax, reconnect, yet keep the kids happy and occupied with fun activities throughout the week. We couldn't have picked a better place, plenty of water activities, fishing etc. Our host Ali was wonderful, made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip memorable. Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay (mother/daughter/granddaughter weekend)! The cabin was perfect for us. Our host thought of everything we would need from kindling for the fire to cotton swab & Q-tips in the bathroom. They even surprised us with the makings for s’mores! You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure we had everything for our stay. If you love wildlife this a great place to take it all in. We saw loons, ducks, deer and were serenaded every night by the frogs. We were only there for 3 nights but could have stayed a week with so much to do in the Hayward area. We spent a day in town checking out the shops and we were surprised there were so many interesting places. We ate at Tamarack Farms(which is within walking distance). The pizza was fantastic and they even had gluten free crust. We also went to Powell’s (just short driveway) for a burger and some music. It has a great outdoor set up with views of Round lake. We didn’t get a chance to use kayaks or canoe but we did wade in the water which was very clean and clear. We could even see the fish coming up to the surface. If you like to fish you could just sit in the dock and throw in a line. I would recommend printing the check in instructions before arriving since there is not much of a signal in the area. Great memories and a relaxing weekend, we are already planning our trip back!
