Needs improvement

We were there to be closer for an early morning surgery in Reidsville, Ga. Bed not to comfortable. Outdated hotel. Clean mostly, bathroom floor sticky and dirty. Outside trash overflowing, when we arrived and still not picked up when we left the next morning. Not too expensive, overall not a bad hotel to stay.

Vidalia stay at AmericInn was pretty good, place is getting worn and needs remodeling soon, still my preferred hotel there, weekend desk support were struggling a bit getting my reservation right

Terrible customer service

When we first arrived no one was at the desk, however you could hear them watching tv in the office. We stood there waiting and finally rang the bell and the attendant walked out and was rude, like we had interrupted her. She stared at us like we were a nuisance. I will never understand how hard it is to be nice to someone especially if you work in the public.

The handicap room

I really like this location. I have stayed here several times. The room was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t cold . It was a handicap room (I don’t need handicap) but the lock was broken. The staff had to unlock the door each time I came in Not a huge deal the staff was great and the room was close to the front desk. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was fine I will stay here again

Disappointed

When I booked the reservation for the suite, I was looking forward to go to the swimming pool/and hot tub, when we got there the pool have been out of service for a few months but there was not mentioned of it when I booked. We were not given a pool with a hot tub either. The front desk receptionist was not helpful or welcoming either. The sofa in the suite is very worn out and uncomfortable. The bed was comfy, the room was overall cleaned and didn't smell bad though the hallway smelled like someone was smoking weed. The view to the pond from the balcony was really nice.
