This ground floor apartment checks all the boxes; 5-star living on the National Park Boundary, amazing views from your private deck w/propane BBQ, well stocked kitchen, Washer & Dryer, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, and a Strong 4G Cell Service.
Our home is a short 11-mile Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road.
This apartment is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. Both bedrooms have a pillow-top king bed and their own private bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with a dishwasher. The dining area is in the enclosed Sun Room which is connected to your private deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ. The Sun Room has lots of windows and spectacular views of the Alaska Range. The door to the Sun Room can be closed so as to not disturb people resting in the bedrooms.
Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. You will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home.
We regularly spot wildlife in our front and back yards. Our home is located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch).
Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar.
Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, rafting, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more.
For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers.
My family and I are world travelers and always stay in an AirBnB. We understand you have high expectations for your Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works.
We have lived in Denali for over 25 years and love the area. We want our home to be an important part of your Denali experience and we are always close by to answer any questions, make suggestions or to solve any issues. Please feel free to contact us for advice, we have lots of area knowledge.
We always respect our guests privacy. Two weeks prior to your arrival we will email you detailed directions and private key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the bulletin board near the front door.
Also on the bulletin board in the home we provide a list and brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area.
We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do.
Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding.
We strive to be the best vacation rental operators in the area and if you stay with us you will appreciate our attention to detail. We understand you are on vacation and want to provide you with an amazing experience with nothing to worry about.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath rental in Healy. It’s part of a house, not a standalone unit, but it felt very private and peaceful. The location was ideal, it's just a short drive to Denali National Park and only minutes from 49th State Brewing, where we had dinner both nights. A highlight of our stay was being visited by two moose each morning right outside the window. An unforgettable Alaska experience! We’d absolutely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a cozy and convenient home base near Denali.

Denali Park Convenience

Super clean, comfortable unit. Everything we needed while visiting Denali National Park. Well equipped kitchen, excellent laundry. Multi-unit location, but felt very private and like we were on our own. Had a thunderstorm take out the power while we were there, and owner was excellent to work with-great communication and a generator was provided quickly. Terrific stay!

Nice apartment style place very convenient to Denali and activities in and near the park. Place was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We only spent 1 night here but it was quiet and private. Wording for keypad for door entry was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Overall no complaints.

Great place to stay near Denali

This was our second time staying at this property. The first time was in 2023. It’s very clean and had a bunch of necessities like coffee, coffee filters, tea, shampoo and conditioner, etc. It’s a quick 20m drive to the Denali park road. It’s close to a handful of good restaurants (49th state brewery, black diamond) and the scenery is amazing. You can see mountains. The spruce trees are beautiful. We saw a bunch of snowshoe hares and a moose even walked through the yard! We would definitely come back.

Amazing view & great location

This location was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, so much better than just salt & pepper for spices, cookware & utensils, and real plates, bowls & glasses. There were washcloths & towels, as well as a sponge for cleaning up. The bedrooms were well stocked as well. Clean bedding, ceiling fans, blankets & an assortment of pillows. The mattress was memory foam, but actually comfortable. There was a dresser available & a closet with hangers. We stayed 3 nights but would have been comfortable for much longer. The host provided excellent directions to the home, which were welcome since the map on the phone was lacking. No issues during our stay. It was very comfortable. And checkout was super easy.

We enjoyed our very short stay(overnight) Easy entry, warm on arrival and exceptionally clean!! Nice views, small living area. Just fine for 4 adults, Kitchen well stocked! Beds with soft linens, extremely comfortable king beds and nice en-suite bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!! Of note

Great for visiting Denali

Found the listing information and previous reviews to be accurate. Step ups to bathrooms and living area require extra caution for a traveling group of seniors. The only thing I would add is don’t miss the Fat Truck tour in Healy. Probably the highlight of our three week trip.

Wonderful Stay

We really loved this property. Was perfect for 2 couples. We stayed late September and all the resteraunts had already closed for the season. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Weather was great 2 days with sunshine, the rest of the week was dreary. Temps in the 30's-40's. Unfortunately we did not see the northern lights We would certainly stay again.

Moose paradise

Our stay in Healy was amazing, and one we’ll remember for a lifetime. The location was exceptional and an easy 20-minute drive to Denali National Park. The accommodations were clean, easily accessible and roomy; the kitchen has everything we needed, and the washers and dryers came in very handy. But far and away the highlight of our stay was an up close visit right outside the dining room window of a cow moose and her calf. It afforded us “front row seats”, and we have amazing photos we will always cherish.

Denali launching pad

Nice, clean, well-stocked apartment very close to Denali Park entrance. Don't let the junk places/homes on the way to the rental bother you. It is situated at the end of the road with some other nicer places. Also, be aware that this is not a stand alone unit. There may be two other parties in the same building. But it was quiet and no issue.

Very clean and comfortable

This house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It felt remote yet is near shopping and restaurants and is only a 15 minute drive to the Denali Bus Depot. The owner was very responsive. The en-suite master bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples. We look forward to coming back and telling our friends about it.
