Activities in the Area: Park City is famed for its winter skiing and a plethora of summertime activities, from boating, paddleboarding, fishing, and whitewater rafting to hiking, mountain biking, or simply unwinding and savoring the scenery while enjoying an outdoor concert.

Ideal Location: Situated just a 40-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, this home provides easy access to several ski resorts, including the back entrance to Deer Valley via the Jordanelle Gondola, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons base, and Olympic Park. In addition, Jordanelle State Park is less than a mile away for summer boating and paddleboarding, and the Uinta Wasatch-Cache National Forest entrance is about 20 miles away, offering great hikes and open forest exploration.

Hosts: The SkyRun are seasoned vacation rental enthusiasts, transitioning from a condominium at the base of Park City Mountain Resort to this larger, scenic retreat, which, though a short distance from the slopes, provides spacious accommodations and stunning skies.

Please note there is no parking on the road, and street parking violations are strictly enforced, leading to towing. The property includes a 2-car garage and space for 2 more vehicles or larger Suvs in the driveway.

There is no pool access at this property.

Park and Ride Convenience: Leave your vehicle at the Richardson Flats Park and Ride to have the free Park City Bus handle the driving for you. No need to wait in line or pay for parking at the resorts. Starting on December 10th, 2023, buses will run on a 20-minute frequency, with service hours from 6am to 11pm. The bus will transport you directly to the Main Street Transit Center (6 Silver).

There are also direct skier buses for Deer Valley Ski Resort (8 Brown) and Park City Mountain (7 Grey) which will run from 6am- 11pm and take you from the Park and Ride to the Ski Resort Base Areas. The park and ride location is just 7.2 miles away.

Nice Property in Good Location

We had a family of twelve staying here. We enjoyed staying away from the crowds in Park City with only an 18 minute drive to the slopes. The hot tub and game room was nice. The bedrooms were adequate, although the bunk/trundle setup is a bit cramped for the kids. My main reason for not rating it 5 stars is because of the kitchen supplies. It was lacking decent cooking equipment such as large pots and pans and bowls which is a must for a larger group. Also, the downstairs bar was really nice but there was nothing in it such as glasses and barware (shaker, jigger, etc). Finally, we had to buy pretty much everything for cooking (oil, spices, salt and pepper). The limited things that we did have were old or expired. None of these are major things but in my opinion are what makes a good property great.

Park city christmas

We had a family gathering of 7 adults, 3 couples and 1 single. The house is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. We utilized all of the amenities. The hosts were extremely communicative.It is a great house for a large group, especially if you don’t want to cook, or use the kitchen much. The kitchen needs severe maintenance, the top oven was broken, the dishwasher, bottom rack is broken and it doesn’t clean the dishes well, we ended up doing dishes by hand. Several kitchen drawers are broken and will come out and fall on your toes. Pots, pans, and utensils are very average.The house was spotless on checking, except for dishes and pans we had to rewash by hand.There was a very nice gift basket on arrival and the entertainment (tvs) options were top rate. Overall at this price point we would expect at least a fulling working kitchen

Family Trip to the Mountains

First time trip to Utah and needed a family friendly stay near activities. House worked perfectly and communication with management was very responsive. Only suggestion would be oven mitts and a casserole dish for cooking dinners. Loved the location and neighborhood for littles. Thank you for a great trip!

Perfect Location for Ski Vacation

Our family stayed here for 5 days following Christmas and were very happy. It was a short drive to the Deer Valley gondola each morning, which allowed us to avoid the traffic back-up at the main lodge. The townhouse was very spacious for our group of 9, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a full day of skiing. Everything worked out exactly as advertised. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway for our family

This was a perfect rental with so much to do for a large family. We had 4 couples and 1 two year old the layout of the house have everyone their own space. The downstairs, bar area, pool table, poker table and were great to give plenty of room for fun! We loved the free rentals and activities that came with it too!

Great Stay-cation!!!

My kids are getting older and busier so this year we decided to just do a short stay-cation (we live in the Salt Lake Valley, just 45 minutes away). This home was perfect in every way. It accommodated our large family with room to spare. Perfect location for activities we planned in Park City, Heber and on Jordanelle. It was stocked with all our kitchen needs. The basement was a perfect place for our teens to stay up late and bond while our grand baby slept peacefully upstairs. It was clean and comfortable and just right!!! The property management were easy to get a hold of with any questions and even left us a welcome basket. Thank you for a great time!!!

Beautiful townhome with great amenities

We had a great stay at this townhome. We rented over Thanksgiving, so it was important that we had a kitchen that could handle Thanksgiving dinner. The double oven and gas range were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. And it was an easy drive into Heber for grocery shopping. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great to have after skiing and after turkey.

Great property with fun activities to keep us entertained in the house. It was nice to get away from the crowds swarming downtown Park City during Sundance, but still only a 12-15 minute drive.

We were more than impressed with the Townhome.

There were 8 of us for a golf vacation. It perfectly suited all 8 of us. Additionally, off the golf course we wanted to continue our competitive spirit, so the townhome had a pool table and card table. Also, having the hot tub was critical after playing36 holes per day. Lastly, there was a space behind the townhome that allowed us to play cornhole too. All in all we were very pleased and would highly recommend this place.

Great location and home but not rental ready

We've stayed at another one in this neighborhood and really love the location and access to Jordanelle, but the home is not up to the standards of the other places we've rented through VRBO. Beautifully designed and decorated, but the two wing back chairs in the main seating area are so worn that it felt like sitting in a wooden chair. Had to use pillows from the couch, which by the way were stained, to sit on the chairs. There was a large TV in the master not connected to anything inside of a broken armoir. The handle in the master for the window was completely disconnected and unable to be opened or repaired. All of the bathrooms smelled of sewerage because the p traps had dried out, presumably from lack of use? Once I flushed them all with soapy water they were fine, but this should have been handled before we arrived at 9pm. What if I hadn't known what the problem was? There's a lot of wear and tear that could have been overlooked, but once you started noticing the things I mentioned every thing became more noticeable. Finally, the place has plenty of space for large families but inadequate number of pillows and blankets, and cooking for nine was challenging with insufficient pots and pans, some of which were so heavily damaged they looked too gross to cook on. With probably less than $1000 and some TLC, the place could go from 3 stars to 4 or 5 very easily
