On the edge of the center of Heerlen, in the popular green district of Bekkerveld, there is an old renovated primary school that is now used as a residence. At this unique location
the old teachers' room completely renovated into a fully equipped double apartment. The apartment has a private entrance and is completely self-sufficient.
You can park your car for free in front of the door on the old schoolyard.
Highway can be reached within 4 minutes. Maastricht 20 km Aachen 15 km.
The apartment has a homely living room with a corner sofa and TV. Kitchen with complete built-in appliances, including dishwasher, induction hob, nespresso machine and microwave. The new bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a large sink, and there is also a separate toilet.
On the mezzanine there is a wonderful king-size bed (180-200). Enjoy the sunny garden and relax. Parking is free available for our guests.
