Nice Hotel with good Restaurant

Everything was wonderful. I would have rated it higher, but I have to deduct points. When booking, I stated in writing that I wanted a quiet room, away from the stairs and the street. This was confirmed. Unfortunately, I was given the room directly by the stairs and facing the street. After complaining, I was given a quiet one. I also had a written reservation for a table in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this didn't happen either. Nevertheless, I would come again.

Good, but not awesome.

This hotel is good, but it could be better. It’s in a great location, not far from the train station and in the center of the city. Parking is also plenty. The rooms are nice, but the beds are hard. The breakfast is great but the quality varies. The restaurant has good prices and quality, but sometimes it feels some of the (cooking) staff is not as good as the others? Somehow, the whole stay seemed a bit overpriced, and some improvement in comfort, food service, and avoiding smoking zones around hotel room windows would be required for me to give them a better rating. For now, it’s 3.5 out of 5. Good, and would recommend, but not great.
