With two large flat screen televisions, you have the option of watching a movie or binge watch your favorite show on YouTube TV while snuggled up in front of the electric fireplace or from the comfort of the king size bed in the upstairs loft. Meals can be cooked in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill located on the porch. In the kitchen you will find a full size stove, oven and refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and even a blender! You can dine inside at the kitchen table or outside on the screened porch, both of which have lovely views of the surrounding woods.

Alone at last is goodbye at last!
I will not be renting this place again. Pictures are deceptive as this place is small. Good things: the bed was soft, recliners were comfortable and the hot tub was great! Bathing; too many stairs not really made for anyone who is disabled. The floors were nasty as I had to go buy a swiffer to clean. No rugs anywhere so, I bought one for the kitchen and two for the bathroom. Having to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night, is dangerous. The only heat is the fireplace and a unit on the wall that is old. I almost froze to death! It’s not easy finding the place, road is kinda hidden and if you meet anyone along the road makes it hard to get by them. There is no washing machine or dryer. VRBO tells you that they have a coin laundry, which happens to be a laundry mat 3.4 miles in Helen! There is no privacy on the porch where the hot tub is located as there are cabins in front of you. Pots and pans are pathetic along with the utensils. Definitely need replacing all of them. Jacuzzi was leaking so we couldn’t use it. Just an overall depressing week if you ask me!! I couldn’t wait to leave. It’s a shame you spend lots of money and not have a good time. Lesson learned that’s for sure!!

My husband and I stayed at Alone at Last for a 4 day honeymoon and it was amazing. We loved everything about the cabin and the surroundings. The only downfall was that uber wouldnt go that far on the weekend however they do not advertise that it does so it is definitely not a knock on this property just something i think some people might want to know from experience. It was so perfect and we loved every minute of it. We will return for sure!
