Only complaints would be my personal preference of a firmer bed and firmer pillows. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. Overall, an exceptional value.

I was charged a $100 fee at check in that I was not told about. Also the power went out about 10:15 when we laid down in bed. The was no back up generator or anything. And the power stayed out for a while.

This is an older property now operating under enthusiastic new ownership. The team is exceptionally warm, hospitable, and clearly working very hard on maintenance and improvements. The rooms are clean and partially updated, which is a testament to the new owners' dedication. ​However, the property's online presentation led to significantly higher expectations than what we found upon arrival. While the staff deserves five stars, the facility itself is still a work in progress. For example, some fixtures need immediate attention; the shower was clean and fresh, but it is in urgent need of replacement. ​We appreciate the effort and care shown by the new owners, but guests should be aware that this is a property actively undergoing a modernization process. A more accurate online description would help set appropriate expectations.
