Beautiful Cozy Cabin Nestled in the Sautee Valley

A true log cabin tucked in the woods of Sautee Nachoochee Valley just outside of Helen. Two quick turns and you are in Helen ...after a long day of fun, escape the hectic crowds and experience nature. Enjoy the Sautee Nachoochee center just 3 miles away! Three major award winning Winery's within 5 miles of the cabin. Cabin accommodates 4 people. Cookout or just relax on the beautiful back deck or fire pit...it is yours to enjoy! NOTE:We are in the process of adding an addition to make the property even more beautiful so there is some construction taking place on the property. Just making renters aware to expect building pains. This does not affect the actual main cabin where you will be lodging.

Relaxing, peaceful & comfortable cabin

As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable. The cabin has all the touches of home and is decorated nicely. (The pictures don't do it justice!) We had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to relax with a book, work a puzzle, and watch TV. The beds were extremely comfortable; we slept soundly. We fell in love with the front porch, spending a lot of time visiting with family and enjoying the peaceful outdoors. We also took advantage of the gas grill and enjoyed a family dinner on the lovely back patio. Everything was perfect, and the owner was an absolute joy to deal with. We highly recommend her and her beautiful cabin. Will definitely return here if we're in the area again.

Cozy slice of heaven

We enjoyed a long weekend of relaxing and peace and quiet. The property was beautiful and the cabin was great. Had everything you need to have a great experience. The property owners were in touch several times due to the severe weather we had. They also just checked in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Definitely going to have a return visit. The peace and quiet was amazing. The front porch was too.

Felt Like Home

We were very impressed with everything about his cabin. The décor was spot on. There were plenty of activities outdoors, and plenty indoors for rainy days. I appreciated that it came fully stocked with every kitchen appliance and utensil that could be needed. It made our stay worry free. Very clean. Great location. The host communicates very well and is very caring. Overall, we were very comfortable here. It is definitely one of the few places we've stayed that truly felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. We will be back!

Cozy Cabin! Highly Recommend!

This cabin was perfect! I really can not say enough about our experience! I highly recommend this property! A great cozy cabin!! Location was perfect for Helen and other surrounding towns. We even took a day trip to the NC border to go snow tubing! Only an hour drive! Cabin had EVERYTHING needed for a great stay! My children had a great time playing football, bocce ball, and horse shoes in the large yard. Owner communication was excellent! Rebecca really went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and gave great recommendations. Beds were comfy! Very clean! Lots of small touch details to make the stay wonderful! We hope to come back in the summer!

Holiday getaway

What a perfect cabin to cozy up in on a cold day. That would a exactly what we were looking for and Rebecca delivered just that. From the moment we opened the door with Christmas music and holiday decor, to the lil smores/ hot cocoa kit. It was fabulous. Cozy beds and everything you meed to cook..Great firepit outside to enjoy the evening. Close to Helen and it allowed us to explore other parts of the area. She also gave great recommendations for places to eat and explore.. We will be back to enjoy this lil gem!!

Great Getaway

My Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was so far away from everything, yet everything is so close. The hosts were absolutely amazing and were available for us if we needed anything, especially us being a pain and asking about things to do. All in all, Great place, great people....We will be going back with the kids in the summer!

The perfect little cabin-in-the-woods

My friends and us had a wonderful stay in this cabin. The property was easy to access plus it was close to Helen, GA. We loved the backyard and fire pit too. The owner Rebecca was very attentive to our needs. If we could have, we would have stayed one more day/night. It was the perfect hiatus we needed.

Home away from home!

This place is truly amazing. It was impeccably clean, super cozy, very inviting, and homey. Everything about it is awesome! Myself and my three children, ages 11 through 16 had so much space. We had access to two queen beds, a king bed, a loft, and a pair of twin bunks. Of course we didn’t need all of the beds as it was just 4 of us. Rebecca was an amazing host. She set up a fire for us one night and thoroughly communicated with us about checking in and checking out. It’s about 10 minutes to Helen we loved the exclusiveness and privacy! Book it! You will not be disappointed

Amazing Cabin and Area

The cabin is extremely beautiful and clean. You can tell that every detail was thought about. It’s in an area that’s not far from local attractions, yet far away from all of the noise. It was so peaceful and quiet. The host was nice, caring, and informative. Our kids loved it as well as my husband and I. They had their own space in the loft area. Don’t think about it, reserve this cabin.

Heaven away from home.

Everything about this rental screams home... The owners are warm and welcoming , always available. Rebecca went out of her way from day one. From the moment you turn down the driveway til you slide the key in the door it genuinelybfeels like home. Waking up to the sound of nature and being greeted by Bonnie and Clyde ( the two bunnies in the yard ) every night, just gives you a sense of peace. In a world so full of hurry ups, its nice to find a place time is worth taking. And dont get me started on the water pressure.... myself nor my husband wanted to get out of the showers... amazing. We look forward to returning.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was very inviting and cozy. The location was great and easy to get to. The owner was very friendly and communicated well about the cabin and what to do and see in the area. We look forward to coming again in the future.

Perfect place in the woods

The house is great. I love homes where you walk in the door and the kitchen is open before you. I feel so welcomed and cozy. This house is setup that way. The great room is very open. The house is extremely clean. The yard is very well maintained. The back has the same cozy, inviting feel to it. It just draws you to want to sit and enjoy the beauty of the place. This place was perfect for us. I know we will stay again when we are able to get away.

Trip to Helen

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Very clean and has everything you need to be close to the activities or curl up with a good book. Rebecca the host stays on property just in case you need anything. What a great Host. I can’t say anything bad about location or cabin. The only suggestion I would recommend is updating the mattresses. But I’m a bit picky in that department. We love the personal touches, the front and back yards are amazing! Thank you again for allowing us to visit!

Best cabin in Helen Ga area!

This cabin was perfect! From the moment we arrived it felt like it was just for us. Such a homey feel as we walked in the door with soft music playing to smores on the kitchen bar for the beautiful fire pit outside. The cabin was gorgeous! Rebecca was the sweetest and very best host we have ever had and she is Very thoughtful with everything she even had us an Anniversery card. We will defiently be returning to this beautiful cabin and I cant wait! So if you are looking for the perfect place for your next stay to Helen Ga book this place because you will not be disappointed.
