The room is filthy, gross stains on our sheets, the room is damp, stinks, the bathroom floor is sticky everywhere and there is a coffee maker but no cups. Disgraceful!

I would stay here again

The room had a jacuzzi tub that had a wine glass left behind and a ring around the tub. There was also lipstick on the job and hand prints on the mirror. There was also confetti behind the tv. The toilet look like it had barnacles in it.

The hotel was pretty filthy. The bed sheets obviously had not been changed, stains on the sheets as well as on all the towels and hand towels. The free breakfast was laughable with only a selection cold cereal and frozen pastries with no expectation date on them. The lady at the desk was literally asleep snoring with her head on the counter. The toilet was not cleaned and a plunger sitting on the carpet beside the door. For $230.00 for one night you think you’d get something at least clean. Needless to say I’ll never stay at that hotel again. Live and learn I suppose.

When my wife and I entered the suite, we noticed that what we saw online was a huge face lift compared to what we saw. Cracks on the ceiling, they left a crusty towel on the bathroom door. Under the sink, there was a stuffed towel to prevent something from leaking. The shower water pressure was nice but it’s small. I had to get in the shower sideways. There was a trick to flush the toilet; hold down the plunger for an extra second so that it actually flushes. The shampoo and conditioner bottle left on the sink weren’t full. That grossed me out because to me that means someone else has used this before me. The hot tub was slightly dirty, so I ended up disinfecting it. If you get the carpet wet, the carpet will smell like feet. I thought it was my shoes but after airing them outside, left the room to air out for an hour, but as soon as we get out of the hot tub, the carpet began to smell like feet again. Seriously don’t get the carpet wet, it’s stinky. The tile around the tub was cracked. The floor was uneven around it, so be careful stepping out. The 2 cuck chairs had questionable stains. The bath towels they gave us were stained. One had a hole in it. The positive things: walkable area, the front desk guy is really nice, the king bed was super firm and comfortable, there’s a hot tub next to your bed. Personally, next time, I’ll spend a bit extra money to stay at a place that meets my standards.

The room was so overwhelming with some sort of spray that it caused me To have migraines, there was a nasty wet dirty wash rag on the counter when we arrived, the carpet was so dirty it felt sticky and wet. The free breakfast was a joke. They didn’t offer anything to drink except coffee and hot tea, no fruit only 1 kind of muffin, frozen sausage sandwich and cereal.
