Customer service was exceptional, they went above and beyond! The room, outdated, the mattress in the room you could tell was very very used, bathroom floor had chunk out of tile, ceiling you could tell had been leaking, crack all around wall, floor baseboards dirty, door very worn and old, toilet was dirty. Other than the bathroom and the bed…. Was ok… not what was expected for 200$ a night!

It was a phenomenal hotel and stay. Everything was just perfect. I wish it could have been the hotel for my entire trip. We had to "endure" 2 other hotels for the rest of the trip, which I might add were more expensive by at least $50 a night. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay.....

Everything was as great as we could want... Only issue was our key to the room kept failing. Door lock had some problem reading keys..... We will be back and this will be our choice of place to stay....

A little run down, room wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great either. Walking distance to Helen downtown which was nice, easy to park car in their lot.
