Walk to local shops and restaurants, go fishing or tubing on the Chattahoochee River, or enjoy one of the local festivals including the annual Oktoberfest held just up the street at the Helen Festhalle.

This condo offers a variety of desirable amenities including free WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch for passing kayakers on the river. The family dog is also welcome to join in the fun for an additional nightly fee.

If you're traveling with a larger group, there are also two adjacent condos (402 and 702) that can be rented to accommodate parties of up to 16.

The location was excellent for walking through the town and access to the local restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had just the right equipment for cooking breakfast/lunch when the weather was not so friendly. The only things I'd mention is that it is stairs (no elevators) and the balcony is small and had lots of bird droppings so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we had liked. The windows in bedrooms would be nice to have dark out panels for more privacy and less light in those areas. We did enjoy our stay. Hostess provided information timely for a smooth check-in and check-out.

I love the little details such as hand soap in every bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. We loved the central location of the condo. It was the perfect place for our stay.

The inside of the condo was clean and cool! But as much money that I paid for just three days !! WAS NOT WORTH It!!!!!!! First I have never seen so many spider webs in all my life in one place especially the main floor and the steps were so awful dirty spider webs everywhere!!! It was rediculous!!!! The very small deck was rediculous we brought our own chairs and had NO ROOM whatsoever!!! And the green algae come on somebody really needs to take the time and pressure wash the deck and allll th nasty penguin poop my god it was just disgusting!! Literally disgusting! And it definitely needs a good paint job ! I mean it could b a nice place if whoever owns this place is chap more for inside when the outside is just as important as the inside!! If I was driving by and was looking for a place to stay and looked at the outside of this place I would keep on going! Seriously please either clean it up or I will b telling people that I know don’t waste yr time or money on this place!!!!

Worst place to stay-ever!!!!

This unit is extremely old. The king mattress feels completely broken, literally had to lay in the middle of the bed or I slid off. The other bedroom mattress squeaks anytime you turn over. In addition to terrible beds there is no way to make it dark in the rooms. The master has 2 pieces of curtains with a white sheer middle, lights blare through so it is not dark at all!! Other bedroom has 1980’s blinds that are light colored and again, it’s extremely bright in the bedroom. The walls are so thin I could literally hear people sneezing, urinating, you name it. Upon entering unit we made drinks and had food out, we stepped away and the globe on kitchen ceiling fan it feel off and busted everywhere, including the counter and in our drinks and food. The whole fan was wobbling. We reported this, we cleaned glass up and went to the deck but it was covered in bird poop, absolutely disgusting!!! We could not enjoy it sit out there and this is half the reason I rented it, for the view!!! There is no way this was cleaned upon our arrival, it was absolutely disgusting. This unit is outdated, it is clearly not owned by anyone, it’s hap hazardly decorated. Do not stay here, it’s not worth it whatsoever.

Updated and spacious. Great view of the river with several deck options. The sofa bed has a very thin and stained mattress. Could use a washable mattress pad. Other beds were comfortable Definitely walkable to Helen’s attractions and the park.Easy walk to tubing and mini golf.

Previous stay

We arrived to the property with no direction on how to get to the unit. Once we entered we found that the floor in the unit to be sticky, we had to clean all the floors. Doors in the unit were broken, held to gether by drywall screws. All the doors in the bedroom areas did not close, saftey concern if you have small children.

Great location

It was a great location! In the middle of everything. It was right on the river but we couldn’t sit out on the balcony and enjoy it. It was very dirty mostly with bird mess everywhere that had not been cleaned in a long time.

Perfect for helen

Very nice little place. Right in town and right on the river. Could use a little updating but overall very well. Kinda short on kitchen utensils for there was only 3 forks and 2 spoons. The tv in the master didn’t work but honestly who needs a tv when your on vacation. Will definitely stay again!!

We arrived at 7 pm at night on a Friday, and there was a broken plumbing pipe in the building, and no water. We were told it would take a couple of hours to repair. Well, 1 pm the next day arrived and still no water. Communication was horrible. Waiting for updates since early morning and the local staff was no where to be found. We were supposed to check out on Monday, and had to leave the property and rent another location since I was not even offered a different place to move to with my family and kids.

Great location, large space

When we pulled up the building looked abandoned. All the buildings in the area looked abandoned except the major chain hotels. That being said the apartment was fairly nice. It was very spacious. It had 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We only needed 1 so there was more then enough room. All the condos in the building look like they were converted hotel rooms. There are 3 doors that say 502 which you can use. The code for the door to enter is on the main door. The bed was actually pretty comfortable, even though it isn't newer. It was very clean but dated. Everything looks worn down, but as I said clean. The location is great. We were stopping through for Oktoberfest and we were able to walk to all locations. We stopped at a few wineries and took in a hike. The area is beautiful. It was too cold but your right down the street from 2 tubing companies. So overall was a good stay.

Lovely... but the ants

There is SERIOUS ant problem, no food can be in the house without the whole kitchen getting swarmed. The property is lovely and looks as listed, could maybe use some Renovation. The floor was water damaged.

Weekday Trip

Plenty of space for 2 adults. Clean. Older property; late 80s, early 90s. There was floor damage in the kitchen. Small deck that pigeons seemed to enjoy. The location is nice and we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants.

disgusting!!!

absolutely disgusting and would never recommend to no one, everything was so dirty has not been cleaned in years!!! very old appliances, old kitchen beds. old toilets barely flushing, bedsheets super dirty , there was socks and bedsheets underneath the bed that was never picked up, floors very ugly and nasty with a bunch of dirt and garbage around each corner.

Short vacation

Property is in a great location and walking distance to Main St and all the places we wanted to visit. Easy check in and out process and being on water front was definitely a plus. I would recommend this place to all.
