The breakfast, parking, exercise room, indoor pool were all kept in very good shape. We are in our late 70's and very easy to please. Be sure you are physically fit enough to walk all the way through town to the Hofbrau House and other restaurants. The weather was perfect as we had researched. Nice 77th birthday present from my wife.

This will be my GO TO hotel next time we visit Helen... Right in the heart of downtown, staff was phenomenal and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy!!! Hotel is very very clean. We booked for 2 queen size beds but when we got there they only had 1 left so they gave me and my husband a King Size Suite which was even better. Highly recommend!!!
