We love this location - its a favorite fpr our family. This was our forst stay in unit 204 and it was good, though a few things need addressed. There is a torn/broken chair on the patio that has clearly been repairedISH at some point but even my 110 lbs 16 year old was too scared to sit in it. The ad said there was a bbq grill which we expected as the other units in this compex where we have stayed have one, but 204 DOES NOT have a grill. Also, the 2 beds are the most uncomfortable beds any of us have ever experienced. We actually had to suck it up and go buy 2 inch mattress toppers which actually did little to alleviate the pain from the discomfort. There are board games, the kitchen is well supplied w all manner pf dishes, utensils, cookware, baking pans, etc. We had enough trash bags which I appreciated and the hot tub was a nice way to relax after walking around. The showers both have decent pressure, everything was clean. All in all we would likely stay here again but not without some sort of plan in place for the beds bc even the teens were unhappy with them.

It was clean and in a great location. They only supplied one bath towel per person for the entire stay and no extra towels for the hot tub use. Other than that, it was great!

Perfectly situated downtown.

The place was roomy and very tidy. I enjoyed the hot tub on the patio, which was well maintained and my wife enjoyed the jetted bath in the master bathroom. Just as advertised, our stay was convenient to everything.

Location location!

This condo was just perfect! It was super clean and located in the most perfect spot in town. It had extra kitchen items and the hot tub was wonderful! The fireplace was not working when we arrived, but they came straight out to try to fix it at 8pm! We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Helen.

Perfect location for Helen!

Such a cute condo! Definitely spacious and loved having the extra 1/2 bathroom and the fireplace! Super close to Betty’s Store and downtown all with in walking distance! A wonderful experience for our 1st family visit to Helen!

Girls trip

The condo itself was very nice. Plenty of room and helped having the half bath on the first floor. Beds very comfortable. Location was great. Very easy to walk to things in town. Only a few issues to consider: the condo is on the second floor which is not mentioned at all in the write up. So you have to carry everything up to the second floor then the luggage has to go up another flight inside the condo. Second, we arrived after dark and there were no lights on going up the steps so we almost fell several times carrying everything up. In the morning we did see that there are lights on the steps they just were not on. Third, the numbers on the condo are not easy to see especially in the dark. Fourth, a few things wrong in the house, two of the three lights in the bathroom were out, the cube ice dispenser did not work and the patio door in the master bedroom does not close tightly. A storm came thru, we were not there, and when we came in the door had blown up. All things in the condo not that bad and didnt bother us but should be corrected. The issues outside is more important for safety reasons. Even with this I would recommend the condo.
