Couldn't get into property

Couldn't get into property and left multiple voicemails for the property manager. Really can't describe the feeling of driving 5 hrs and not being able do anything. Never did hear back from the property manager. Tried texting through the VRBO app as well. VRBO does not have a good mechanism for recovering from this situation either.

Great 1-night stay!!

Cozy apt...love it has 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with personal bathrooms for each and one downstairs. Mattresses were AWESOME! Got great rest. So close to town. Most streaming available. All of this made our stay very enjoyable! Nice birthday weekend for friend

Great last minute find

This is a great property. All bedrooms are upstairs. Large den with kitchen table. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but I slept good. 0.7 mile walk to downtown Helen. Wpuld stay again!

Property as described. Clean. Host was quick to respond. I did have to request more towels only because their were 4 towels for 3 adults on a 4 night stay. Housekeeping brought them the next day. Cute, clean, and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the visibility of the address. I’m sure the owner of the condo can’t change it, but possibly suggesting to the HOA or whoever manages the property to put up a larger sign or larger numbers. This would be most helpful!

Super nice accomodation.

Clean, roomy, well stocked kitchen, easy check in. Very bright at night in the one bedroom due to no curtain on window. Instruction on how to use thermostat would have been helpful. I would definitely come there again and so would our fafafamilyfamilysawvisited us there.

perfect location

This is a great location for Historic Helen, it is walkable, but too far for my 81 year old mother and aunt with bad knee. It’s just an hour drive to Blue Ridge. The condo was very clean, bedrooms are upstairs with steep stairs, but my family did ok. Two king beds, one was pretty comfortable, the other one not so according to my 2 aunts. Good wifi, quiet area, easy to find.

RELAXING WITH KIDS !@%^

This place was exactly as advertised, only better, newer and surprisingly quiet. It's a minimal place, but you have all you need fot two parents and an 8 and 5 year old. Everyone had a TV which allowed some peace at the end of a tourist day in Helen. Great price for the space!

Location was perfect and close to everything. I would suggest providing a few more extra towels. We did not have enough bath towels for 3 people. It was quite, and perfect for our short weekend trip.

pros - response communication with owner was very fast. apartment was very clean. short walking distance from downtown area. cons - my back didnt like the spacefoam mattress on the bedt, woke up very sore. may want to consider moving mamma-bird and her nest from her hiding spot near the front door.

Very pleasant experience

The location was convenient to downtown. The place was very clean. Private and quiet too. We stayed 3 nights with my elderly parents. We had separate bedrooms with nice, comfortable beds. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, but stairs were okay for my parents. Everything in the condo appears to be brand new. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Place

The place was easy to get too. Close to Helen central area. The beds were super comfy! The place was clean and open. It was great. Parking was good too! Loved our stay. The only complaint was that VRBO did not send the code to get the key to get in. The host was accommodating and responsive though so we got it resolved. Would stay here again if was in the area.
