Magic Moments – Pet Friendly Townhome in Innsbruck Golf Community

Magic Moments is a comfortable and cozy duplex close to downtown Helen. The living room and dining area are spacious and welcoming with a wood-burning fireplace. The downstairs bedroom features a beautiful king size bed, flat screen television and French doors that lead out to the screened porch with hot tub. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find two master queen suites with private baths. Each of these rooms has a television, small refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker!

There is plenty of kitchen space at Magic Moments, too. Cooks will love the fully equipped kitchen with all the full-size appliances. The cupboards are filled with all the cookware and dinnerware needed. The small appliances include both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster.

There is a new Tesla wall charger available for guests to use. Please bring your own adapter for non-Tesla EVs.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $25 + tax for each additional.

‱ Minimum Age Requirement: Magic Moments is a Luxury Property and available to families or guests who are at least 25 years old.
‱ Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.

Lovely Helen townhome

Home was just as described and very clean. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, tv, mini fridge, and Keurig. Hot tub worked great. This was a safe location and close enough to walk to tubing. My guys played golf, and it was very nice to be so close to the course. We would love to stay again.

Baseball Tourney Weekend

Magic moments was the perfect place to serve as our home base for our weekend baseball tournament in Helen. It was close to everything, 15 minutes from the ball field, and located in a secure, quiet, gated community where we felt safe. Everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again!

Disappointment from start to finish at this property for the money they charge

I have never given a Bad Review. However, from the time We came into the Guard Gate, We had issues. Our Cousin's Vehicle whom I sent & confirmed via E-mail/Request was Not registered w/Us instead it was another Female guest & her vehicle. The guard instructed me to call the Rental Company as Our cousin couldn't be let in! So I had to leave message after 5pm & call again next morning & have an argument that this 1 lady was our guest & not our cousin" She finally found my E-mail w/my Information on our Cousin's name! Ceiling Fan Blades had obvious Dust to them, First floor Bedroom has old fashioned Shag carpet, w/major stains along w/second floor bedroom & Stairway Carpet is black all need cleaning. Upon going 1st floor Bathroom, tiles that are supposed to be beige as shown in middle of walking into it, but all tiles that butt against: wall,vanity & behind the door esp, are black and the grime behind the door,Sink pop-up missing, Exhaust is blocked, & needs cleaning. No shower curtain, & missing glass on med cabinet had to call for, got shower curtain next day/my request to leave it as we didn't want anyone in, we were out & have valuables, toilet paper holder isn't removable in bathroom, TVs should have directions on Streaming wouldn't work. No Cable/other List for TV, Jacuzzi, & amenities. Icemaker leaked water into top shelf of Fridge. Beds didn't have quilts as pix. Comforters were old and worn out, No dishes,cups upstairs for food coffee Microwave etc..

Pleasant and Peaceful Getaway

This property is tucked away in a quiet community. Just on the outskirts of all the fun and excitement of Helen. We enjoyed the neighborhood. The community pool was clean and refreshing. Right outside the door was a beautiful view. The home was clean. I felt like the bedrooms were larger than expected host. The host were wonderful to work with and checked in on us. The hot tub was clean sanitized. Overall, a nice getaway for family and friends making priceless moments together.

Good stay

Had everything we needed. The place was clean. We / the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Very easy access to Helen but also quiet and tucked away. The down sides for me very little water pressure in the downstairs master shower. Also would have been nice to have a couple of laundry detergent packets provided to do a load or two of laundry. But I would definitely stay here again.

This property has not been maintained properly The furniture is beat up, walls dirty , carpet dirty

I would never stay here or recommend staying here to anyone Also, an animal scratching inside the wall. The TVs were a nightmare to use. There was such few glasses and silverware that weren't regular size; small. Not maintained properly!

Overall a nice place

The property is in good shape, clean, beds were comfortable and the area is safe with a nice view of Mt. Yonah from the front yard. No issues parking or coming and going through the guard booth at the entrance. Very close to town. We encountered a few issues; the couch is pushed under the counter overhang from the kitchen (meant for barstools) so my teenage son hit his head hard when he sat down. My daughter also hit her head and she is not even that tall. This can be dangerous and needs to be addressed. I would suggest pulling the couch out a foot so other people do not get hurt. The TV remote in living room was not working at first, but it worked ok once we unplugged and plugged tv back in. Two baking trays were dirty and rusted. They need to be replaced. The oven smoked up the place when we tried to use it as it seems a previous guest spilled something and it wasn’t cleaned up.
