Disappointing from the very start. The lack of service from the staff made everything worse. If they would’ve showed any sincerity or gave an honest apology, it would’ve completely turned things around.

We arrived after 5:30pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We came back at 8:30pn, they moved us to a different “renovated” room that is dirty, big wet puddle on floor, tv but no remote, DISGUSTING! Even with us being inconvenienced, no reimbursement/compensation! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Shower curtain bar tied up with garbage bags . Front door screws almost out . Not security! Multi day stay. Told manager and nothing done ! Took photos Do not stay here !

We had the best time. We needed a place to sleep and chill and we got it. We enjoyed Helen so much and felt like this place was in the perfect location. We will definitely return here. We also loved the size of the room! Perfect for our family!
