Everything in the room was super clean, bathroom , floors , beds and sheets you can smell everything was super clean. You don’t need to drive , attractions, restaurants everything is walkable from the hotel . We loved it.

This property is conveniently walkable to downtown Helen. They provide free parking in an area where parking can be a real hassle, and the free breakfast is not a bad add-on. The room was clean, and had composite floors (not carpet). HVAC worked well. The only improvement I could suggest is that the pillows were all the same - big and puffy and a little lumpy. The improvement would be to have a variety - one puffy, another flatter. The mattress was very soft. There are two stories and no elevators, so if you are not up to walking up steps you might need to ask for a room on the ground floor. The pool was small, covered, clean and well chlorinated.

Bathroom floor and walls filthy. As bad as the room was, the Town of Helen even worse.

Very much appreciated the fact that our rooms had wood/vinyl plank flooring and not dirty carpet. Room was comfortable but could have been cleaner.

Close walk to bars and restaurants. Older motel that has been renovated nicely. Beds were memory foam and were very comfortable
