Welcome to our beautifully remodeled and updated home, designed to offer the perfect retreat for your group of friends or family.

The main level features a welcoming living room with a cozy fireplace, ideal for gathering and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has been modernized with new full-size appliances and elegant granite countertops. It's stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. A convenient half bath is also located on this level, along with a covered balcony equipped with a full-size gas grill, perfect for outdoor cooking.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious king bedroom that serves as a luxurious retreat. The master bath boasts double sinks and an oversized shower for added comfort. Additionally, this level offers access to a private deck where you can unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed and a full private bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Venture downstairs to discover another spacious room with a queen bed, private bath, and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The lower level also features a private covered patio, offering a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy any season of your visit. Wind down with a glass of wine after a fun-filled day exploring the lively town of Helen, GA.

Please note that the fireplaces are seasonal and should be used accordingly.

We are a pet friendly condo. We can accommodate one pet up to 50lbs.

We had a great time at the Lazy Bear for Oktoberfest weekend. Townhouse was roomy enough for 6 adults. Easy walk to Helen and very clean. Would definitely stay again !

Great place to stay

The Lazy Bear is a great place to stay. It is about a 1 mile easy walk to downtown Helen. The house is well maintained, clean and in a quiet area of town.

Spacious, Clean, and comfortable place

We had a great time at the lazy bear house. The townhouse has everything you need to have a great time in Helen. The location is perfect, close to the center and other attractions in the area. I wish I can come back next year. I totally recommend this place.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed the stay at this condo, very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms so there was no fighting on who took a shower first. We will totally be coming back.

Great place for family

I planned this family reunion w/my brother, his wife, my brother's daughter & her son and my life partner. Each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom. The location was great - close to Main Street and it was quiet. The condo was spacious - there was definitely enough room for all of us. Everything was clean.

Will be our place to stay each summer

We loved it! Price was great. Very clean, cozy and close to everything. We use to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but due to their Summer prices getting outrageous. Glad we did and found The Lazy Bear! We look forward to next year!

Very nice home

Loved it. Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Just a word of caution, there are a lot of stairs.
